We have been coming back here year-on-year and the food is always delicious - freshly prepared to order, and you can't beat the location either - having an evening meal outside under the stars to the accompaniment of the atlantic waves. Lovely! Lunchtime is usually quite busy but their fish soup or toasted sandwiches makes for a light bite.

Fairly standard selection of cafe food catering towards the English. Super Bock draft beer on tap with fair selection of other bottled drinks. Two TV's with Sky.Friendly service, reasonable prices.For what it is, I would rate it 3.5 out of 5 but I can't.

Wednesday early evening 17th October and we popped in here for a cool beer after a stroll around Olhus de Agua and the beach. It was a pleasant change to sit in this street side cafe/bar rather than at the bar in our hotel across the road, RIU Club Hotel Guarana. An ideal spot to sit and enjoy the last sun rays of the day while watching the world go by.This is definitely a sports orientated bar, there were 9 TV screens around the place, it did advertise that it would be showing a variety of football games, English Premier League and other internationals.Originally we were only going to have a beer, but it was so enjoyable, we did not need must persuasion to stay for another.Good friendly service and our 4 large beers only cost â¬10.

Eddys has to be the best Full English around here, we're staying at Club Praia da Oura. Bit of a pain they wont accept card payments, but not to much.It gets busy, always a sign of a good and popular place. Nice staff and very attentive. Good to have a decent coffee as it's been a struggle to get one around here.We'll be back.

We are staying in a villa very nearby so dropped in for a snack and a beer. The French owners are extremely friendly and welcoming- the whole place is extremely clean fresh and tidy. Not quite sure how they can offer such a great quality service and produce quality meals for the prices that they are charging - so pop in and take advantage !

We visited this place nearly every day for a week. Very reasonably priced food and drinks (â¬1 for a glass of wine). Staff was always extremely friendly, helpful and patient with our breakfast choices. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

We stayed in he Epic Sana and visited the Cafe del Sol the first day as my husband drinks Magners and the hotel didn't sell it.I'm so glad we did.The staff and owner were so friendly and welcoming we felt like old friends.There was entertainment a couple of nights and tapas for when you get peckishWe loved the easy going ambience of this place which is why we went back night after night.We'll see you all agin in October x
