My children love Bread Talk. Their favorites are sausage bun, raisin pillow, dinner rolls, and croissant. I love the floss breads. We tried the fruit and cream cheese loaf -- nice, but a bit too sweet. A bit expensive for bread, but worth it.

JD Bakery and Cafe is like a bigger version of the more popular JD Bakery, which has many branches in Iloilo. There are only two JD Bakery and Cafe branches I'm familiar with -- one along Gen. Luna St., and another one at Robinsons Place Iloilo (on the ground level). The place serves breakfast throughout the day (even in the evening), like rice with longanisa, tocino or bangus; different types of pasta dishes; all-time favorite fried chicken and palabok; cold and hot drinks; and, of course, pastries. The one at Robinsons Place Iloilo is quite small, with only around 15 small tables for sitting. Service usually takes around 15-20 minutes (well, depending on what you order and on the number of customers to serve). It's more like a "caridenria" or a typical Filipino eatery except that it is located inside a fully air-conditioned shopping mall. The foods is quite good and certainly suits Filipino taste. I just noticed that hygiene is sometimes lacking. There was this lady, for example, who was cleaning the glass stand with pastries inside with a brush without even emptying the stand first to avoid making crumbs fall on the pastries. One piece of pastry was in the wrong place and she simply grabbed it with her bare hands, no gloves, to put it on a higher stand. At a certain point there was this waiter who walked in with a plastic container for dirty dishes with water dripping on the floor. These small things are certainly not a good sight to behold if you're a customer having your meal there. I hope the staff would be better trained as to hygiene and proper way of cleaning things up in a restaurant.

I personally love the place! The coffee are served in a mug (not in a styro or to-go cup), the place is a good place to study, read a book, ponder or just relax. The food is delicious! I especially love their fish fillet. Cakes, muffins, and other pastries are available too. The interior is cool. The staff now are friendly (yes, there's one guy I didn't like back then, but he's gone now, replaced by a new guy with a cute smile).
Wasn't a big fan of this local coffee chain but when I visited recently I was blown away with how they've turned around into a fantastic spot for local coffee brews! We had the Mt. Apo, Sagada and Benguet beans done in hand dripped batches and they were all worth the wait. Was mesmerized at how our local Filipino coffee blends have gone a long way with the right passionate people taking Filipino coffee to new heights.I'm now a big fan!

WE are a homegrown one-stop Filipino restaurant and Souvenir Shop showcasing authentic dishes and products from Panay and Guimaras.
I've never failed visit Cafe Panay whenever i'm home in our province. It all started with a curiosity because of it's pancit molo which a classmate of mine is the supplier. It's delicious. Other must try are the native hot chocolate paired with local bread kinihad or Ibus, and turmeric red tea. The location at the back old Molo mansion transcend one into the past while it's new location at the newly opened festive walk is modern it still has a vibe of the past.Thank you very much for visiting Cafe Panay. We appreciate your very inspiring review.

i don't know, if it was only a consequence of eating at Nicolette in it's first weeks in business. we tried the Chorizo Flakes and to quote my friend "it tasted and looked like fried ants, " and the Penne Pasta dish, which was quite bland. honestly i haven't eaten there again. haha. no offenses intended, but maybe they improved, because of the steady flow of costumers i see everyday.

Located at the 2nd Floor of Southpoint, SM City Iloilo, LIVE HEALTHY KITCHEN serves sumptuous and hearty meals using fresh & natural ingredients! Our food is tasty and at the same time really good for you! It's inspiration came from the love for travel an
This restaurant (also known as Live Comfort Food Restaurant) is among the new ones located on level 2 at SM City Iloilo's Southpoint (just beside Viking's). It looks simple, but has a very homey ambiance. What impresses me about this restaurant is its selection of healthy international foods including original pasta dishes, entrees, noodles, roti, soups, salads, desserts, and much more! Price is also affordable, ranging from about 100 to 400 pesos per course. The place is quite small. It could seat only around 40-50 diners at a time, but it is well-lit, neat and pleasant. Service is fast and the staff are friendly. It could get noisy, however, when there are shows downstairs in the entertainment area of the mall since its glass walls are not sound-proof. All in all, this is a really nice place I would love going back to. Thumbs up!
