What a fabulous Italian meal we had. Pork done in the stone oven for many hours and a gorgeous salmon pizza! Just totally delicious. And very reasonable prices. The surrounding atmosphere at night in the Coso VIejo Square made it even more enjoyable. And to impress us more - lovely hard working Italian owners from Rome: Marta and Stefano could not have been more helpful with the menu and so friendly too. Good English spoken, and Spanish spoken as well.

The restaurant is fine for a light lunch or a snack before or after the hike in the surrounding nature monuments. I especially appreciate the smiley and helpful staff.

We sought out A La Fuerza purely for the churros and hot chocolate. We were not disappointed! Cheap and delicious. The only problem is that this cafe is no secret! When we visited it was very busy but despite the crowds, the service was efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Restaurant located in the city's municipal market square
Fantastic food and atmosphere, this is Spanish eating at it's best. The four of us each tried one of the pork dishes and despite very limited knowledge of the language, Juan the waiter looked after us admirably with patience and good humour. We would love to return one day.Thank you very much for your visit and for expressing your opinion on TripAdvisor. We hope to see you again soon here.Sincerely, El Mercado team.
