Hotel má dobré umístění, blízko městského parku a kousek do historického centra. The hotel has a good location, close to the city park and a short walk to the historic center. The staff is very helpful. The newly furnished room was pleasant with a view to the greenery. Parking is free in the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is average, I recommend a Greek restaurant in the city. The hotel's breakfast is classic. In summer days I can recommend Kamencové jezero.

Moc doporučuji navštívit, pokud zavítáte do Chomutova. Čisté pokoje, chutná snídaně.

Pokoj vypadal strasne, a prilis prtavy pro 2 dospele a 3 deti, nedalo se tam vubec hnout. Vsude ostre hrany, fakt "baby-friendly".... Suple rozbite. Za cely pobyt ani jednou neuklidili, prestoze pokojska chodila denne okolo naseho spinaveho umyvadla, pouze kos nam vynesla. Byla potreba vyluxovat, to by videl snad i slepej. Nasli jsme na zemi chumace lidskych vlasu a prach na nekterych mistech. Povleceni vypadalo jako by nebylo vubec vyprane! Zaprane, divny smrad. Rucniky zaprane a smrdely kourem! Matrace nepohodlne, polstare byly katastrofa. Snidane taky katastrofa, neustale chybely talire, pokazde neco doslo, dzus, michana vejce,... personal nikde, ten dosel pouze doplnit talire o 10 minut pozdeji (kdy uz jsme snidali na ubrousku protoze jsme nemeli ani blby talir! V den kdy jsme odjizdeli nejen ze nebyly talire ani misky abych detem dala cerealie s mlekem, nebyla zelenina a nebyl ani chleb, jen stare rohliky. A kafe je prilis vodnate, nedalo se to pit. Nikdy vice... I apologize for this review but I want to be 100% honest. I don't even know where to start from. Cleaning of rooms through the stay is non-existent - cleaner comes daily just to empty the bin and that's it, ignoring dirty sink and carpets that were in desperate need of quick hoovering. They provided us with about 8 towels but they were all hand-towel size!! AND they stank strongly of a cigarette smoke! Disgusting. I had to ask the housekeeper to replace these stinky towels; she brought us some bath towels, however the smell was really strange anyway... I tried to open a drawer and the front of it stayed in my hands, it was broken. The housekeeper saw it but said nothing neither reported it to get it fixed. Carpark: 100 CZK per day for a space at a tiny carpark, fits about 5-6 cars. The problem is that the courtyard entry to the carpark (carpark entrance is a passage about 6 metres long) is so narrow that you have to fold your car's side mirrors to be able to pass. When you want to leave the carpark and it's full you don't sometimes have space to turn your car round and we had to reverse the car through this narrow entrance to get out, twice: once OK but the second time when we had to reverse the car through this narrow entrance we damaged our rented car's side mirror! Had to pay for the damage to the car. Obviously when you have to reverse your car you cannot fold your mirrors away. Had to ask 3 times for toilet paper when we ran out of it until they finally brought it to us. Dirty bathmat taken away from our bathroom after 2 days and never brought back, so for the rest of our stay we had to use a towel as a bathmat because the tiles are very slippery when wet. Bathroom was very tiny. When booking our room we requested a baby cot. When I contacted the hotel few days before our arrival just to confirm our booking and reservation of the cot, I was told that no cot is available and to bring my own. Could have told us earlier! When we arrived, they said they were expecting us to arrive one day earlier (?) and stay for 4 days (instead of 5), not very well organized. They said they were sure there IS a baby cot available and brought it to our room - thanks. BUT, no bedding provided for the cot!!! There was a spare fluffy blanket in a drawer (not suitable for summer time) but no sheet. And the room was so tiny that we were not able to fit the cot in there anyway, our child had to share a bed with us. They say it's a baby-friendly hotel. There were sharp corners everywhere and our 16 months old child got hurt many times. The room was so tiny for us 5 people (2 adults, 3 children) that we couldn't move there at all, only sitting on our beds. Mattresses were uncomfortable and the bedding looked so old and dirty - it looked like it hasn't been washed, sorry for being honest. Strange smell. Sheets were so old and washed-up. Pillows were really bad. They must be joking... No kettle in a room to make a feed for a baby, really "baby-friendly". No fridge available to store the child's medicine or anything else. Not even a drinking glass in our room. Room was quite dusty and we found a tuft of human hair next to the bed and under the table. Breakfast: It is a buffet-style, but was very poor, the choice was very limited. Everyday something missing, sometimes we came for a breakfast and there was not a single plate available! And no staff present to ask for a plate, they come and go, so they brought the plates after 10 mins! At that point we were already using tissues as replacements for a plate, ridiculous. Sometimes no more clean bowels available so couldn't give my children cereals for breakfast! All the time plates missing, juice finished, scrambled eggs finished, vegetables finished... The vegetables were just a tiny plate with few slices of cucumber and tomato, I could eat that portion on my own. Coffee not tasty, it was too watery... Glasses often dirty and the plates+bowls sometimes dirty too. It was just not up to our "standard", could be much better... No hair dryer. Will not be coming back to this hotel.

zcela nově zrekonstruovaný hotel, nový nábytek, perfektní čistota, velmi pohodlné pokoje. My jsme měli pokoj v nejvyšším patře - 2 místnosti a prostorná koupelna. Vybaveno fénem a kosmetikou.Snídaně velmi bohaté, teplý i studený bufet, večer příjemné posezení venku u piva. Klid na spaní. Přátelský personál, cítili jsme se jako doma. Dobrá poloha, parkování ve dvoře.
