I'm so sorry to leave this negative review, but I need to take this out of my system. The food is exactly like the typical food served at hospital: flavorless meat, overcooked vegetables also a terrible barbecue sauce, similar to a sugary catsup. I don't used to investing or wasting my time giving any kind of reviews but this was too much! Sorry about any typo, English is not my first language.

My wife and I ate there and I would like to write a review. Unfortunately, it isn't a top choice to get BBQ in Broken Arrow and I would like to share that with other TripAdvisor readers.
I used to eat at Billy Ray's on Southwest Boulevard in Tulsa a lot...and loved it. I moved away from Tulsa for many years, but have moved back to the area. I have been driving by the Broken Arrow Store quite frequently, but had never stopped in until tonight. I am glad I did! The Broken Arrow location is fairly small, but quite comfortable and has that "down home feel." At 7:00PM, the place was packed...not an open table anywhere. I had a ten minute wait, but it was totally worth it. There were four people working the food line in the kitchen...and they were really working at a fast pace to get the food out. I was impressed! My waitress was excellent and friendly. I went with a half order of bologna, a side of potato salad, white bread, and of course...the bbq staple of onions, hot peppers, and dill pickles. My meal was really very good. The difference between me giving them a five star...and the four star...is that they brought me a small container of sauce...it was good. If they have more than one sauce, it was not offered. If they do not have more than one sauce, I'm sorry...they need more. All in all I was impressed, and will be back.

We like really good ribs and the Rib Crib is definitely up to our high standard of great ribs. They offer two different styles of ribs and several choices of sauces to please everyone's palate. If you would prefer something other than ribs, they have a wide selection of other meats available or you can get a combo of ribs and another meat. When you are in the mood for ribs, the Rib Crib will absolutely satisfy your desire.

Our visit to Franklin's was right on the mark. After a few days of hotel breakfasts we decided to head out for some local flavor. Franklin's in the Rose District of Broken Arrow had us at hello. It's urban meets country, diner meets hip, farmstand meets gourmet!!! Our food was fresh, fun and fantastic at Franklin's.

Arrived about 5:30 on Saturday evening. By that time, they were out of sliced brisket, ribs and bologna. Limited our choices. I ordered the sandwich plate w/chopped brisket, o rings and slaw. Brisket was so chipped so fine, could hardly taste it. Onion rings were frozen and over fried. Hubby had three meats - pulled pork, sausage and chopped brisket. He was very pleased with his choicesWill return to try sliced brisket and ribs. Service was good, staff very friendly
