Visited lille for a short break and came across this eatery on our first evening. It looked really nice and quite busy with locals. I chose the cod in filo pastry with pan fried veg. When it arrived it looked well presented, but was not hot, just warm. I informed the waiter, who took it back to explain to the Chef. When it was returned I expected a fresh plate of food, but my original dish had been re-heated. I ate the veg and left the fish. The waiter was very apologetic and informed,me that I would not have to pay for my meal, which I obviously accepted.

This is one of those beautiful villages in the Dorgoyne...it has a peaceful ambience sitting on top of a hill above the river. Wonderful architectural features and all lovingly restored and maintained. Lots of nice touches abound with flowers and paved streets. A must see when in the region. Travellers tip.....get there early and enjoy the village before the crowds arrive.

Lunch with family. Good and pleasant service with a terrace but it was too hot to sit outside, we chose to sit inside with air conditioning. Lovely kids meal, main course and dessert for â¬8. Burger and home made chips for â¬13 absolutely delicious. All meat is cooked on a BBQ. Pork steak with potatoes and an amazing sauce worth a visit.

Had dinner at Brasserie Panorama, the menu is short but everything we ordered was good. My Salade Perigourdine with all the duck foie gras and magret was delicious, and the home brewed beer was very tasty. Service was friendly and there is space for the kids to run around.

Situated on the riverside, in a picture perfect Dordgne setting, both the food and service were a pleasant surprise, given its size.We spent several hours here on two occasions and thoroughly enjoyed it on both days.Firstly, there is a large, free, adjoining car park, with plenty of trees for shade. Adjacent there is a good children's playground and a large river beach. We found all the staff to be very friendly and efficient. They allowed us to practice our poor command of the French language, but were also able to speak at least some English, when required. It was obvious that not just tourists, but also the locals used this restaurant. Always a good sign.

Amazing place to enjoy your meal, a cup of tea or a handmade ice cream.
We had lunch at this restaurant twice during our 10 day visit to the Dordogne region. The omelets and salads were excellent, as was the rose wine. Service was very efficient and friendly. We would not hesitate to return.

We had a drink here after a very enjoyable walk around this beautiful place. Tables on the outside terrace are perfect for watching the world go by. The pression was good and cold as always and the waiter was friendly and efficient. Whatâs not to like? Recommend.
