Discover Restaurants offering the best Bar food in Soufriere, Soufriere Quarter, Caribbean. Soufriere's backdrop of the Pitons, sea and rainforest provides a picture perfect setting for a visit to this laid-back and relatively undeveloped town in the south of St. Lucia. Considering that its name is French for "sulphur," it should be no surprise to discover the wealth of hot springs and mineral baths. Other great spots to visit include Diamond Botanical Gardens, a slew of pretty beaches and the bike trails that wind through sugar plantation Anse Mamin. Rent a car to see the town.

Went to try the pizza at this new place. Was not impressed with neither the customer service nor the pizza. Would give 1 out of 10.
Our group stopped at the Country Breeze Creole Restaurant and Bar at the end of our tour of St. Lucia's southwest. The staff was attentive and friendly. Local and creole cuisine were served as a buffet to our group: the food was simple but flavorful. The restaurant was tucked away in a place you'd never find unless a local or looking for it, and views were of brightly colored foliage with the piton in the background (spoiled only by the electrical lines).

The restaurant offers a range of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers and Caribbean and Creole specialities. On Tuesday evenings they have a Caribbean culinary evening and on Sunday a champagne brunch is offered with a wide variety of entrées (including pastas and omelets) along with a generous selection of desserts. The brunch was excellent and I'm sure their daily specials are great as well.

We were able to get a local cuisine vegetarian dinner on a Sunday night for a very reasonable price, when many establishments were closed. The food was delicious, and the service was great. We had a nice table outside to enjoy the fresh air. The bar was busy with a mix of tourists and locals. The only downside was the loud music coming from inside.

Ordered Fish and fries and a chicken sandwich, didnt enjoy neither and my fries never came. I couldn't eat the chicken sandwich cause they mixed the chicken with some salad that was a total mess in itself. The first time i ordered a burger it was great. what happened? Oh yeah

We actually ate at Ruby's twice during our stay in the south. Both times, we did so out of convenience as it was the only place open (Sundays are hard to find open establishments). However, we were pleasantly surprised both times we dined there. We had an assortment of wings, pizzas and other apps. It is definitely more of bar food scene than local, but my teens loved it. Also, I would like to add that when we dined there on Father's Day they were only serving a special menu. When we mentioned that we just wanted wings and pizzas, they fired up the pizza oven and accommodated us....we truly appreciated that level of service!

Had several meals here while staying at Fond Doux. One night the fish was delicious, the other over-cooked. Sometimes food came right away, and one night it was almost 2 hours before we saw our entrees. Perfectly fine if staying at or visiting the resort, Tet Paul, etc., but I wouldn't go out of my way to dine here.Dear Luke S,Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn about your dining experiences as this is certainly not the norm here. Your feedback is very helpful and will be used in the further improvements of our services. Hopefully, you are open to returning, so that we may redeem ourselves and leave a better impression on you in the future.Best Regards, Eroline and Lyton Lamontagne
