Absolutely fantastic service during our lunch. Waiter was attentive and was quick to top our drinks up and ensured we had a pleasant experience. The food came out in a timely fashion. The chef even came out to ask how our meal was, this thoroughly impressed me. The shrimp pesto pasta dish I had was flavourful with a light, but creamy sauce. I am usually hesitant to get pasta dishes at restaurants because I find they can be bland, but this dish was fantastic! My husband loved his clubhouse as well. We will be back! :)

In for lunch with a friend. Ordered the Bison Burger which didn't disappoint. Good selection of beers and they offered a sampler if you are unsure of what you want. The restaurant is rather cavernous especially when there are only four people having lunch. Service was good. Prices average. Service has improved greatly since it first opened.

Unfortunately not our only poor experience here... why we keep going back is beyond me.Stopped in for dinner as we were starving and wanted something quick to eat. Saturday night 7pm, 4 tables in the dining room occupied. Took a while for the server to acknowledge us, had to ask our drink orders twice (perhaps a notepad would be good). Ordered an appy to hold us until dinner... nachos, she said it would be up real quick. 20 min later they showed up. 30 min following our pizza showed up. Finished our pizza, waited and waited for our server to attend us and ask for our bill. nobody working in the dining room, entrance way, nowhere to be seen. No server, no manager, nothing.... crickets. Customers waiting to be sat at the front door for close to 5 min.... 3 tables full at this time in the ghost town of a restaurant, 2 tables waiting for server or manager. Took 25 minutes of tracking her down until bill presented.... and it was wrong. Basically by the time we left we were ready for another meal as it was one of the longest dragged out sessions we have experienced. Will certainly pass in future, many other better places to go in area.Hi, there. Sorry to hear that you are not receiving the best service from our team. Enjoy one of Canada's original roadhouse restaurants, with Canadian favourites like double stacked burgers and unforgettable chicken wings. At Kelsey's the beer is always cold and a game is always on.
Busy place.Started with the hot spinach & pita appetizer which was very good.I also enjoyed the broccoli and cheddar soup . It was hot and had lots of broccoli.Hubby had the buffalo chicken fingers & fries. He said the fingers were good but fries were underdone.Service was good.Thank you for your kind response. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the service and the food when you dined with us....always happy to see a pleased guest. The spinach dip is definitely one of our favourites and you can never go wrong with the soups either. I am sorry to hear that your partner did not enjoy their fries. We do take pride in our never frozen chip truck fries. Next time you visit please let your server know if you would like them well done...or try one of our other options instead of fries. Thanks once again, hope to see you soon.Sincerely,Mike MarcotteGeneral Manager

Traditional British Pub Full Service Restaurant 12 Draught on Tap
Definitely not a dive but rather a jewel. Cozy, kinda Irish atmosphere. Plenty on tap of the good beer/ale. No need for twenty types as there is definitely one for the beer drinker in you. Food OMG delicious and plenty. Try the poutine to begin. We did just the plain and when we were done sharing we were not sure why we ordered a main meal! Shepardâs pie with soup of the day, partner had beef and Brie on a roll sautéed onions and Greek salad. We are still here and perhaps foolishly have ordered dessert! We have a two hour drive to our destination but perhaps we need a motel as a second beer has our name on it. Bottom line, friendly, atmosphere, great food you need to pull your stool up and set a while. Dessert is about to be served!
