When this restaurant first opened it was top notch. I was so excited to have good Chinese and Japanese food in the area. At first the food was quite good and the service was excellent. However after the team that established this business moved on to their next project the restaurant quickly went down hill. The quality of the food is inconsistent as is the service. Sometimes the sushi is wrapped too loosely and other times it's perfect. The food can be way too salty or bland. I never know what I will get. Some servers are friendly and knowlegeable and others are neither. If you are not too picky, give it a try. You might get lucky and have a good meal.

Visited this Restaurant over 2 years ago and it closed for awhile until reopening middle of last year, 2016. Decided to revisit since we did enjoy our first meal there and was pleasantly surprised how delicious the food tasted. We were the only ones there but we were treated really well by our waiter. We highly recommend this restaurant and I cannot wait to visit Webster, MA so I can dine there again!

Rec'd delivery. Excellent Lo Mein + delivery driver was awesome. Asked for a menu which he'd run out of and 10 minutes after he'd dropped off our food, he came back with a menu! Just Awesome!

Great selection great takeout. Food good for the area which has few choices. Customer service fair. Dinning area poor needs thorough cleaning especially front door.Padthai noodles good. Egg rolls over cooked. Pork tenderloin real bad very tough.Liked it and a fair option for takeout only. Dinning room very smoky. We ate at Jade Garden for lunch after hearing good things about the restaurant. The interior is simplistic but clean and the wait staff was kind to us. After waiting 20+ minutes for our food, we were told that there were no Chicken Fingers made yet, and that we would have to wait longer for them than the rest of our meal. This would've been a great point to make while we were ordering our food, but it must've slipped past them. This place was not busy when we entered, which I'd usually take as a bad sign, but ultimately the food was decent. There's definitely better places out there, and I do not plan on returning here to eat again. The service was just too disappointing to justify coming back for average food.

ordered General tso chicken and sweet and sour chicken. General tso was a pretty dismal portion......especially for the price. Crab rangoons were rubbery and gross. Pork fried rice had no flavor. Sweet and sour chicken tasted burnt, like it was in fryer to long or they need to change the oil. For almost $30 I would of rather spent it elsewhere. We won't be going back.

We've been to the Thai Place several times and find the food to be consistently good. The crab rangoon appetizer is excellent. The chicken satay is good too. The moderately spicy chicken with vegetables (pumpkin slices, pea pods, carrots) in the yellow curry sauce with steamed rice is awesome. Yes, they also serve chicken fingers for any kiddies in your group. The service is friendly but reserved. Recommend.
