Reviews on Asian food in San Salvador, San Salvador Department, El Salvador. El Salvador's capital, San Salvador, is a modern city of wide boulevards and narrow streets, outdoor markets, government buildings, high-rises, monuments, an exuberant nightlife, museums and other cultural institutions. And all set against the backdrop of San Salvador volcano. The city is surrounded by shantytowns as well as affluent suburbs with restaurants and large shopping malls. Peaceful settings such as the botanic garden of Parque Cuscutlan provide a break from the city's hectic pace.

Sauces don't have enough flavor. Need to improve . Attention is good, lemonade was very bad. Should have already recommended combinations......

A group of us ordered about 10 different dishes. Although dishes of Chinese vegetables usually have cabbage, I didnât care for this one because it was almost exclusively cabbage with only a few snow peas. The beef and broccoli may have been the best dish, as the broccoli was cooked just right and the beef was tender and not chewy. The sweet and sour pork was good, but all I could taste was the sweet; not enough tang to the flavor. The orange chicken was tasty but the breading was perhaps thicker than necessary. The fried rice seemed fresh. The décor was simple and elegant. Jasmine tea complemented the meal. Recommended.

At first we had an awkward experience as we had to share the Teppenyaky table; the place was not packed but there were no more available seats for a group of 4. However we had a great time with the other people. The service staff were attentive but sometimes not too fast with the ordering service. The man who cooked our food was very friendly, though. Would recommend if you like Teppenyaki food (their specialty)Javier we appreciate by taking your time and letting us know your experience. Our tables are set for 8-10 people, sometimes we have to share. Sharing = having a great time. Come visit at Centro Comercial El Paseo.

This was my second time having their sushi (first time was a couple of weeks ago via delivery), but my first time visiting the restaurant.A very simple/laid back place in a cozy area. Nothing fancy but not really needed. The food is absolutely delicious.I had the sampler (very filling) and 2 sushi rolls with my boyfriend. They had a promotion today with the 2nd roll at 1/2 price: not bad at all.Price range was great and the food amounts very reasonable. Plus, the service was very good, the manager greeted us and welcomed us at arrival, and the waiter was always on point. Very knowledgeable of their menu and courteous as well.Definitely recommended!

I ordered food to go after reading the great reviews. I ordered the beef wonton appetizer and the kung pow chicken. The wonton were stuffed with ground beef and not much else, the sweet sauce was not a good accompaniment. The kung pow chicken was breaded, not good, in a spicy sauce with way too many peanuts. The sauce did not taste homemade. The food was almost like microwavable frozen food. I ended up throwing most of it out, waste of money.Hi Jessica, thank you for the feedback. We are really sorry about your experience. Would you please give us the following details: Date and approximately hour of your visit, which of our branch did you visit or did you order delivery? Is there a telephone to reach you? We like to offer you a courtesy and the authentic KOI Sushi experience.
