Ooy has been cooking Thai for Roswell for many years. She gets up before dawn and starts rolling fresh spring rolls etc.. and her food is always good and she is always friendly and cheerful. Location is at the mall, so that is convenient if you are shopping and you can always takeout if you aren't.

I couldnât wait to come back and visit Kobeâs. We had excellent service throughout and the entertainment was such fun from the chef. The food was absolutely first class and plenty of it. We had steak, prawns, chicken and scallops fresh vegetables not altogether but as separate meals and sushi.I also celebrated my birthday and was given a slice of cheesecake with a candle and happy birthday sung to me. I loved it.This restaurant caters for small and large parties and children are very welcome too.Thank you for another memorable visit.Highly recommend

We try to avoid fast food but this is somewhat healthier than average. At least you can get vegetables. This location had competent servers and I think it is a good value and decent food. Would return

This restaurant was recommended to me by friends that live in Roswell and I absolutely love Thai food A very large restaurant very spaced out, could put in more seating and make it look cosier, Lacks atmosphere, room fo so much potential.I found the service to be slow and the staff not at all attentive. They didnât seem to be in any hurry to clear our plates away. This could be a wonderful place to dine if the staff looked as though they were enjoying their job.I have never been to a Thai restaurant where they donât offer prawn crackers as an aperitif/ starter. Apparently they had them but couldnât fry them. The food was actually quite good and was enjoyed by a good glass of Pinot Grigio.

This appears to be an average, American-style Chinese restaurant. I ate there about 90 minutes before it closed on a Sunday night. The selections were OK, but many seemed to have been out on the line for quite awhile. The best deal about this place is the decent price, $9.99, for the buffet.

We stopped for some takeout as we were passing through Roswell. Definitely a good choice. Lots of vegetarian option. Service was quick and accurate. The restaurant appeared very clean. We tried the vegetarian Singapore noodles, chicken lettuce wraps, and some stir fried veggies. All excellent choices, great flavors and reasonably priced.

Everything tasted delicious. Asked for not spicy and was still very flavorful. Pud Thai best dish we had but basil fried rice close second. Big portions and reasonably priced. Great place to stop at on your way through New Mexico. Owners are authentic. Fresh ingredients
