I ordered one of their specialties: butter chicken; came with rice. Also ordered their GF & dairy free Besan Garlic Nan. All were very good. (I can't even remember the last time I had nan bread!) I ordered take out and the portion was large enough for me to split into two meals. (Although I ate the nan at the first meal!)Only problem was no plastic ware or napkins ... luckily I had some with me; however, if you don't be sure to ask.

Create your own Asian stir-fry! Choose from our fresh selection of meats, seafood, noodles, veggies and Asian-influenced sauces. Customize your Mongolian BBQ masterpiece, then watch as it's cooked on our grill of epic proportions. It's all-you-can-eat, so
I love Huhot. I love that you can custom choose your food and get it cooked before your eyes, and that they will also cater to people with food allergies or gluten issues. What I didn't love this time is that the restaurant was way understaffed for a Saturday lunchtime. There was one grill cook who was struggling to keep up. Another employee joined him after the line was getting way long. Getting a meal cooked with gluten free contamination is not that tough, but it meant that my partner got his food right away, went back to the table to eat, and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get mine. We either had to wait to eat together and his food would be cold, or he eats when hot and mine is 15 minutes later, so I eat alone. Not great that way. It did take a long time to get the waitress back to the table to get the bill, and to get salt and pepper, we had to get up to find an employee to assist. Overall the experience was positive just not the timing of the 2 meals which should have been ready minutes apart so we could enjoy together... Also had to remind waitress twice to look up account online to redeem offer. She was overworked and stressed out. HIRE MORE PEOPLE FOR THE WEEKEND PLEASE!FreakyFigs,I am sorry to hear of this and apologize profusely for your experience. We will be considering a staffing increase for our busy times if this is the product of our current standard. We will also be working on the VIP (allergy) meal procedure so that any accompanying meals are cooked simultaneously and are able to be enjoyed together. We always appreciate the feedback and look forward to having you dine with us again! Thanks,

Nimo was born in Tokyo,Japan. We are serving best fresh fish for SUSHI(Nigiri). also We have Best SAKE selection in Colorado. We are serving Rolls but not like other sushi restaurant, because Nimo would like to make real sushi(nigiri).
Let me just get something off my chest:⢠if you want Americanized sushi rolls that look like yule logs,⢠if you want rolls that have ingredients that would never be in traditional sushi,⢠if you canât understand that eating dinner is not meant to be a 20 minute experience with a waiter calling you âhoneyâ all the time,Go to a bloody chain that will serve you a fake Japanese experience, and not realize the subtlety of your meal! Now if you value the freshest sushi that you can eat in landlocked Colorado, with a preparation that comes from a classically trained sushi chef, Nimoâs is where you should go. I try to treat myself once a month. Do you need a reservation? Probably. What a concept?! It is a testament to the fact that they decided to compromise for the experience and not have 100 tables and just keep it intimate and real. My personal favorites are the spicy conch appetizer and the uniâ¦. Delicious! Ask for their specials for fish that you probably would have never thought to try.Thank goodness that there is a restaurant that still defies the trend of bigger, faster and less elaborate restaurants. Thank you Nimo!

This place has wonderful Pad Thai. It is also very quick and large portions of food. I took my Shrimp Pad Thai for leftovers and it lasted about 3 more meals. My boyfriend had them add some spice to his, which I highly recommend if you like a little kick to your meal as they added the perfect amount and it was not overpowering. We also had the pot stickers steamed as an appetizer and they were wonderful. If you are looking for a quick and delicious dinner, I highly recommend this place.

This is a great small restaurant with the best Thai i've found in Fort Collins area. Their address and phone is as follows 1232 West Elizabeth Street Fort Collins, CO 80521-4567 I think other will enjoy this place as much as we did on our visit! (970) 67
I was glad to find vegetables in a brown sauce. It was delicious though their medium spice rating was spicier than medium spice I have had at other Thai restaurants. My husband had shrimp with red curry sauce that he enjoyed. Our friends had coconut soup and an eggplant dish they were very happy with as well. Good Thai.

We are searching for real Vietnamese and Thai food. This place does a decent job. We tried the Papaya Salad, fried Spring Rolls and the grill meat platter. Presentation was good. Flavors were good. The Papaya Salad was not like the Traditional Vietnamese Papaya Salad but still good. Missing the strong muddling of sweet salty sour and spicy. It was more just sweet with subtle undertones. There wasnât any spice and they only have sriracha or chili oil. It did in okay. The Spring rolls were very good. They use the traditional rice paper fried. Much better than egg roll skins. The grilled meat platter was very tasty. The use of pickled carrots as part of the dishes was a nice addition. Most all dishes were over $10. I would say that the fried spring rolls were over priced but not different from other restaurants around the area. I would much rather have an order of egg rolls with out the rice noodles. Over all a good place to eat. I look forward to trying more things at this restaurant
