Wok & Momo ( Asian food and Tibetan specialties ) in Chur was an existing market gap closed : Cheap and healthy Asian food ! The concept is simple . In a three-step menu to select their own food , the fresh ingredients are prepared before your eyes in the
It is a very easy menu. Pick your noodle, your meats, your veggies, and then your sause. Eat in or take out. Maybe bring flowers for Buddha. There was a small variety of drinks. I had a bottle of beer. My meal was average. The place seemed clean. The meal cost about $30 USD. For that much I want an oustanding food, not just noodles on a plate.

This restaurant was just down the street from our hotel. No website, as with many of the restaurants in this area which seems strange. Very nice inside, all plain pine furniture. Waiter was very good. However I thought it was expensive, even if this was Switzerland. The price of the prawn dishes was just silly, something like CHF 39 from memory. We settled for the veggie dishes.Spring rolls were good as was my stir fry veg. However my wife's veggie noodle stir fry thing was far too big and was largely just noodles with little in the way of veg. Wine was too expensive so I had a couple of beers which were reasonably priced. Glass of tap water cost CHF1.

Decided to eat here on the way through Chur - big mistake.Prices are high for basic cuisine. Dish sizes are so small you'll need a minimum of three dishes between two people (which will cost upwards of 80 CHF).And the kicker: you get charged for a glass of tap water!Unfortunately this restaurant has tainted our memories of Chur, don't let it ruin yours.it took me really so long to decide to make a respond to your critics, JulesandPete, you are from Australia and you most probably do not know how we run our business here, usually if you take a bottle of wine we would have served you the glas of water free but if you just take tap water we would charge you 2.50 for a glass of 3 dl and 3.50 for 5dl, about the food if you said one will need 3 portions for 2, this is very individual, some would prefer more and for some 2 portion for 2 are already too much, if you go to Paris you will most probably need 4 or even more portions, so Avoid and big mistake is just too harsh if you come for lunch 50.00 for 2 and 100.00 for dinner with drinks and 120 to 150 with wines is normal in restaurants like mine with table cloth and serviette for dinnerhope that tripadvisor will consider you critics and not a reviewbest regards Lim 14.03.2017

Located just outside the old town, if you are looking for good Thai food go no further. Like most dining experiences in Switzerland it is expensive by normal standards but the food is excellent. The Tom Kha Gai (spicy coconut soup with Chicken) is one of my favourite Thai soups and this was perhaps the best I have ever tasted.

A placard on the square intrigued us...you need to turn down that little hall and take an elevator/stairs to find this beautiful modern restaurant away from the square. The food was exquisite and very reasonably priced (for Switzerland) with the perfectly prepared spring rolls ($6.25 for 2) and the lovely pork/vegetable curry ($20 for a generous serving) making a great, filling lunch. This spotless and lovely restaurant is great for couples, business or singles. This place deserves to be much higher in the TA ratings, but I suspect it is (as yet) undiscovered.Open for lunch and dinner Tues-Friday, dinner only on Saturdays and closed Sun/Monday.Worth seeking out! Highly recommended!
