This was your typical bar. The gentleman who waited on us was pleasant enough. We ordered cheeseburgers. I was disappointed that for the price you only got a pickle spear. Then we didn't even get that. The chips or fries were extra. The hand patties were cook to our liking, but the bun was cold and borderline stale. I would have love to seen the bun grilled or toasted. The hot chocolate was just the right temp to warm your insides. They might be ok if you're just going in for a drink.

Sometimes you just want a hot dog! The Dog House is a great little hometown place. Sooooo many types of dogs, I always get all beef, and I've tried dogs with cream cheese, with chili and coleslaw together, so many things...hard to decide but you can't get bored. If you have room get a side of cheesy potatoes. They are made from scratch and fabulous, but rich! Monkey bread muffin stuffed with cream cheese is a favorite of my daughter and her fiancé'. It's amazing but I never have room. Always friendly, super reasonable and they even have beer and wine! We love having them in town, great place to feed a family or grab a quick bite. Lots more fun j menu than dogs, but I couldn't tell you about any of it. I always want a dog.

Been here several times and have tried a variety of their food. Everything from salads, to wraps and sandwiches, to stir fries and fish has all been good. Large variety of options to choose from and always friendly service. Prices are reasonable and quality food. Good place for both small and large groups.

Best breakfast and lunch in Tecumseh. We specialize in omelets, skillets, and sandwiches but we have a huge menu that will satisfy anyone in your group. Fresh food served fast to get you on your way. We are open every day until 3pm and we are proud to say
Have been many times over the years and still love this place. Want a no nonsense great breakfast any time, youâll find it here....and a lot of others doing the same. For lunch, there just isnât a better Reuben anywhere around. Itâs made with wonderful rye, generous corned beef, plenty of sauerkraut, Swiss, sauce, extra Thousand Island dressing and cooked perfectly. They allow you to substitute a croissant at no extra charge. While I have never tried it on a croissant, it sounds intriguing. Donât forget to ask for extra napkins.

Great food and good service in the quaint town of Tecumseh. Ambience is nice and the restaurant has been restored to its natural state of brick in the interior and old fashioned decor to match. Very enjoyable to eat here; HOWEVER, if you come with others you'll find conversation is difficult. The acoustics are such that you simply cannot hear others talk. We have complained to the manager about this and it seems there's little that can be done. It is what it is. Perhaps you won't find this to be a problem but several of us have. Good luck and don't avoid it because of that. Food is great.

We are an ingredient-driven destination restaurant featuring modern, Midwestern fare in vibrant downtown Tecumseh. Located just 40 minutes from Toledo and Ann Arbor, Evans Street Station was born out of love of family, community, and hospitality. We are a
We had high hopes for a holiday dinner. Grilled salad was full of bread crumbs and dry. Potato soup is solid. Perch was mostly cornmeal crust with very little fish. Flank steak was over cooked and tough. Pass on the chimichurri. It tasted like vinegar. Desert wasnât redeeming. Empanadas were fried dough and cinnamon and unappetizing. Service was very good and manager was pleasant and responsive. Very slow meal.

Food was good, beer was great- BUT the way you place and get orders is a bit... frustrating. You have to order at the bar which is always busy! So you have to stand and wait to order- maybe loose the table you had... or try and have one person remember everyoneâs order so they can save the table while the other person goes to order... then you watch your food get walked all around until they find youâre number/table. Great place just wish the would change the ordering system. Heck even if they put little paper tablets and pencils at each table and each table has a permanent #, then the customers could write their order & table (so one person doesnât have to memorize them all) and just take it up to the bar...that way you donât have to search for a table number, since they are pre numbered and less cluster at the bar!
