My wife and I had dinner here while shopping in the area. I was looking for something different rather than fast food or the usual Mexican or Chinese. Actually found Wilma's on Tripadvisor and was apprehensive about trying the place based on the reviews. Upon seeing the dining room I initially thought I made a mistake by giving Wilma's a try. The place really does look like you have stepped into a messy grandmother's house. It does not look much like a restaurant at all, and the kitchen which is in the middle of the dining room is very small. There was a playpen in the dining room and there were a lot of personal items laying around. My wife had the open faced roast beef and I had the spaghetti. I wouldn't classify the food as the best I ever had, but I would put it in the category of good home cooking. The things that count are here; friendly service, clean plates and utensils, good food and very reasonable prices (wife and I ate for less than $10). I probably wont be a regular at Wilma's, but it is in the do it again pile for when I want some home cooking. I am actually looking forward to going back and trying the breakfast.

We stayed at the Ramada recently. Included was a complimentary breakfast at the Carraige House. It was quite good and had a much more substantial menu than most other hotel complimentary breakfasts that I have had. They had the usual staples such as cereal but also offered several freshly prepared options. Excellent!

Itâs fast food, you are lucky to get what you order. Watch your prices close, I have found over charges on several trips. Itâs hard to find good people to work these days and so I see many seniors returning to work for extra income.

Walking into this Bob Evans is like any other you would see across the US. The food was good; but it is the friendliness of the staff that sets it apart. Our server was very prompt and was back to check on us several times during our meal.

I was pleasantly surprised on my recent visit. The staff were extremely kind and pleasant to interact with, and the food was out fast and fresh. The interior of the restaurant was also spacious and clean.

We ordered take out lunch, it was prepared quickly and they even held the front door open while I was getting out to the sidewalk. Our food was great! Every one at the office loved it. I hope to back soon and try something else.

The BBQ is great and service was nice, You can get your variety of sauces and meats along with great home fries. It sits in the historical Club house of the Paintsville Country Club golf course on the hill with a view of one the best courses in all of Kentucky.The parking is on the hill by the grill or if you playing golf just walk up from the parking lot below.
