Parking huge free area in front of restaurant and on a Sunday evening empty as shops are shut.Lack of staff and management control to ensure good service. Waited over 30 mins before we asked to order dessert. Tables left messy and customers helping themselves to tables and had to ask for cutlery. Very disappointing.Food arrived quickly once ordered and tastied great.

They were able to fit us in at short notice early on a Saturday night. By the time we left, the place was packed and very lively. Extensive and varied menu and great wine list. They have a Josper charcoal oven. My wife had steak and lobster cooked perfectly. I had sea bream - delicious. The accompanying vegetables and garnishes were excellent. The manager must have noticed that I was feeling cold. Before I had a chance to mention it, he immediately adjusted the overhead air-conditioning. Service indeed! Was really pleased when we entered as they asked if anyone had allergies and was given a separate gluten free menu.I ordered a classic burger which came with a jacket potato. Waitress arrived with my chicken burger, sent back to the kitchen as Iâd ordered a classic beef burger.My classic burger arrived with my jacket potato. Jacket potato was still frozen ! Returned again to the kitchen! Manager apologised and said he wouldnât charge me for my meal. My friends by now had eaten theirs Upon receipt of bill my gf classic was still being charged. Yes a hat trick of bad mistakes. My meal was removed from the bill.I hadnât been to Frankie & Bennyâs for about 5 years because of the disgraceful meal I had then which I didnât have to pay for and was given vouchers (which I still have) Looks like Frankie, Benny and I are done

Lunch here was poor, salads were poorly presented, quality of ingredients also poor quality. Italian cannoll were stale and very unappetizing. Would not return again. Lots of really nice eateries in Rochester High Street, this is not one of them.

What are amazing experience Went just for the off chance of having a meal and one mail and the service and the cocktails absolutely amazing would recommend everybody to go and try this restaurant out but make sure you book your table because they get booked up pretty quick
