Guess I shouldn't have been surprised to find a Sonic in this not-really-so-small small town, but in search of a drink (non-alcoholic) I was pleased to see it. So we ordered the go-to thirst quencher of choice, the diet cherry limeade. And it was "happy hour," so so much the better. And then we waited. And we waited. Not sure how long, but could have been 10 minutes. Too long. Thought about honking, but one doesn't do that with one's wife in the car.Looked like just one car hop. Could that have been the problem? When we left, driving around the building, I was surprised to see a drive-through lane with more cars stacked up than were in the regular drive-in stalls. Now THERE was the problem!Does every Sonic have drive-through? I don't recall seeing that before. But maybe I'm just not very observant!
Iâve had way better bbq than this, but Iâve also had way worse. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with baked beans. The sandwich had a decent amount of pork. I used the original bbq sauce. The pulled pork was good and moist. It wasnât flavored exactly like I would prefer. But, not bad. The baked beans came in a big bowl. They were more of a sweet brown sugar type of baked bean than a spicy baked bean. Again, not the way I like it, but not bad. The baked beans reminded me of the kind you get out of a can. Others in my party felt they didnât get enough pulled pork to fill them up. The employees were very nice and did a great job. Thank you for your business, I assure you our beans are smoked for 3 hours and yes they are more of a sweet baked bean. And this is honestly the first time anyone has said they didn't get enough meat on their sandwich because it's usually the opposite so we apologize as that is not normal.

While staying in Cameron we decided to try McCorkleâs for dinner. Our server was friendly and informative. Our entrees consisted of the pork tenderloin sandwiches ( juicy and well prepared), onion rings and fries, the chicken philly sandwich ( the chicken was juicy and not over cooked ) and some potato skins. All were very good. All of our entrees came piping hot. We would not hesitate to return.

This corner of Cameron has mainly fast food options. The one exception is Nelle's. With 24 hour access, it was walking distance from our hotel though it is also easily accessible from Highway 35. Plenty of free parking near restaurant. The interior space is ample without being too close together (booths or tables). You can also order for take out which we did. The menu has a number of options and prices are reasonable. We did the traditional pork tenderloin sandwich (big enough for two) with an ample order of great tots on the side. Service was quick and wait staff was friendly and helpful. There is an ample salad bar if you show up and are ready to eat right away. We were so glad we stopped by and look forward to pulling off for a bite again on another trip.

We were in town for grandchildren and events at their schools. They wanted to eat at Washington Street. Based on a previous experience here, I wasn't thrilled.First, the wait staff is great! We were greeted promptly and service couldn't have been better. That's the best news of the evening.I ordered the Pork Tenderloin sandwich, partly b/c of reviews on TripAdvisor. The meat came out with the breading having a walnut color and the meat patty about 1/4" thick. It had very little flavor and looked like fried cardboard. Should I have sent it back? Probably. We were on a push time wise. Another trip to be made again might have made us late. My wife ordered a chicken wrap and was pleased. She asked that the sour cream and salsa be held on the side. That was done. She had no complaints. Summary: I asked her not to make me come back to this restaurant again. I honestly would have had a much better meal at Burger King (just down the road).

Visited this restaurant on a whim....first time in town. Just wanted a filling meal to take back to the hotel and chill. Both Hubby and and I tuckered into our meals and the âyummyâ noises started. I had the grilled chicken salad with blue cheese and Hubby had the Boss Hog sandwich which had 4 delicious meats ..brisket, ham, bacon and sausage with an amazing bbq sauce and a side of creamy coleslaw. Will revisit when back in town. We also found out they deliver!Thank you for the great review so happy your experience was good and hope to see you again.

Traveling through the area and saw the reviews for Dino's. The quality of food, the friendly, courteous service, menu variety and cost of meals, all lived up to the reviews. I'm attaching pics of meals our family ordered. Everyone enjoyed their meal, even our "picky eater" granddaughter who had the spaghetti with garlic bread kid's meal. Extensive "all day breakfast" menu, as well.
