Nice refurbished hotel on the sea front. Big outdoor pool with jacuzzi and sea views. 208 rooms with free wifi, airconditioning and fridge. New buffet restaurant. Entertainment and shows every night.
We've just come back from THB Cala Lliteras and were thoroughly impressed with the hotel. A special shout out goes to Gemma and Tanya on reception who were both so welcoming and friendly and a credit to the hotel, although all staff we encountered were very pleasant and smiley. The hotel is spotless throughout and the bedrooms are a decent size with plenty of hanging space - even having UK TV channels. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a sea-facing room which had the most spectacular view across the inlet. I also thought that the rooms were well soundproofed because I didn't hear a peep from the neighbours! I've read in previous reviews that there are lots of middle aged Germans in the hotel. We thought there was a complete mix of ages holidaying there and a mix of nationalities too - although does it really matter anyway? We were there for 4 days and in that time we were very impressed with the buffet spread. Whilst the salad and fruit was the same each day, the rest of it changed daily and it was really tasty too. We ate different food every day and were very impressed with the taste, choice and quality. Even our vegan friends said there was ample choice for them too. On our last day we were being picked up at 6.30am which was 1.5 hours before the breakfast opened. However, they opened at 6am for us and we had a choice of anything that wasn't heated - even being able to wrap food up in foil to be eaten later. We thought that was a really nice touch because in other hotels, generally speaking, if you leave before breakfast, you don't get any! Cala Ratjada has lots of shops, bars and restaurants, a pretty port and picturesque beaches (of note Cala Gat) all within a 15-20 min walk from the hotel. As we were all-inclusive I can't comment on the local food but there are plenty of nice bars, particularly around the harbour area, that are worth venturing into. One thing we did notice was that there wasn't any day or night activities or entertainment. I don't know if this was because we were there slightly out of season, but regardless, this didn't bother us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone (of any age) who's looking for a great value hotel in a beautiful location and which is a stone's throw from the town centre.

We had a very good stay at Suneo Green Garden in Ratjada. We had a week off and chose for an all-in formula. The location is good. The apartments were clean and nice. The food was delicious with quite a lot of variation. The swimming pool is inviting and we hired big towels for a week so that we were at ease. Finally we say congrats for the staff who were quite friendly and did everything so that we had a comfortable stay in their hotel.

The Good: The staff are mostly great, especially the activities coordinator (I think his name is Jordi) - such a nice guy who goes out of his way to make sure everyone is enjoying their stay. He had a chat to us on his day off in the bar and he's so easy going and pleasant. The food was also really nice; not a massive choice compared to other all inclusive hotels I've stayed at but quality and taste was excellent. Parking was easy in the street outside or in a free public car park literally a one minute walk away. The Bad: It should just be called Illot Suites as the Spa is closed and based on what I both heard and saw will not be reopening any time soon. The staff have been told to blame Covid but it's clearly because it needs work. The hotel is really nice in parts but is showing its age in other areas. There is an abandoned tennis court with no net out the back; the squash courts have been converted to a children's play room and the outdoor area next to the pool has more weeds than grass. The all inclusive drink menu is limited with little choice of cocktails and only a handful of spirits (none of them branded - all Lidl own brand) with no supplement option. Location: If you haven't been to Capdepara or the surrounding area before, it's worth noting it's quite a journey to most other parts of the island. If you like exploring, the location probably isn't for you. If hiring a car, be it's roughly 1h15 to Palma, 1h30 to Soller and surprisingly over an hour to Alcudia. However if you're happy to stay in the town, it's well served with loads of restaurants and a few nice beaches. Overall: I actually enjoyed my stay here despite the above "bad" comments. I do think they should be clearer / more honest about the Spa, especially on third party booking sites. However for the price we paid, I felt I got reasonable value for money and have stayed in far worse hotels that have cost more. If the owners tidy up some of the more tired areas of the building and sort the spa out it would be a great hotel to stay at.

Nice place for a holiday with children. Friendly staff, clean and practically furnished rooms, good quality food. Good value for your money. A short walk to shops and restaurants. However, the beach is a little further away but can be reached by walking through the woods.

The hotel is situated by the beach of Son Moll, at the very entrance of the well-known tourist resort Cala Rajada, and 1900 metres from the medieval village of Capdepera. The hotel looks out directly to the sea and to the fine sand beach. Just stepping outside the hotel, you find a picturesque promenade. In the surrounding area we find lots of shops and leisure possibilities. This comfortable hotel was inaugurated. It has 210 rooms, a cosy entrance which leads to reception, resting areas, lifts and lounges with a view to the pool and the sea.
Firstly they tried to charge me the booking again, desk staff could only speak Spanish. On arrival the all inclusive option of a very poor sandwich, a pre made cheese and salami half slice or rubbish selection of 2 pre made cakes splices, freshly bought from the wholesalers. Having to leave a 1€ deposit for a plastic cup if you order a beer. Really, what's that about?? Shower gel in squezy sachets. Just cheap. Sea view room 1402 has a massive tree in front of it. This is not 4* Hotel, premier Inn is better than this Not a good 1st hour. Spa...on first impression more pah!! Hope dinner and breakfast is more redeeming, but not holding my breath

At the heart of Cala Ratjada against a backdrop of forested hills on the east coast of Majorca, you'll find smartline Guya Wave. While staying at this adults-only hotel, you'll have the resort's bustling street life on your doorstep and a range of attractions within walking distance. In Cala Ratjada resort you'll find lots of restaurants specialising in local seafood. On Saturdays there's a market where you can find local produce and browse for souvenirs. Cala Ratjada has lots of bars and is popular with visitors attracted by the nightlife. If you're looking for evening entertainment, you can head to the clubs in the centre of the resort.
I had several problems and left the hotel after the first night. I will try to summarize: - Arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. The night porter was friendly but had no idea of several things I've asked. - Entering the appartment, it was freezing and very wet/humid. Probably the air conditioner was running the whole day in a very low temperature. I looked for a remote control to turn it off, unsuccessful. - I explained it to the night porter. He said that there is no remote control and only the staff during the day has access to turn it off or higher/down. - So I asked for a blanket. It took several minutes and he found a blanket anywhere. The blanket was stinking of mold. Horrible. So, we had the worst hotel night ever... in a humid room, with a mold stinking blanket and with neighbors having loud sex. - In the morning I booked another hotel to get far away of that very bad hotel. - Also in this morning I went to talk to the manager and explained everything, that I was totally dissatisfied. He was comprehensive and apologized. But anyway I would not like to stay there and I was braking up my planed 3 nights to only 1 night. And so I asked for a compensation from the hotel, as I was not staying there anymore. The manager took my contact details and said he will come back to me. - To summarize, after several calls to the hotel and several times here "we are working on that, but we are busy.." or "the hotel director is analysing", after 2 months I heard "Booking said that yout (the customer) needs to open contact". I kindly asked to forward me this e-mail they got from Booking with that instruction but I never got any e-mail and I gave on trying to get a fair compensation for all that trouble. So, I do not recommend this hotel. They weren't fair, professional and interested on a customer need.

In 2008 the doors of the new Spa were opened, thereby completing the sport and health range together with its tennis and paddle club featuring 11 clay tennis courts and a team of professional instructors. Special Services: Discounts on green fees. Car & bicycles rentals.
Very nice modern hotel just outside Cala Ratjador centre. An extremely pleasant 15 minute coastal walk in to the town. Fabulous views from the room balcony. Excellent buffet breakfast, too many items to list - but have a freshly made to order omelette -you won't be disappointed!
