I live in zichron for over 20yrs, sit in the Tishbi at least once a month, am a pretty reg. Customer, so was astonished that Today i discovered that hot water & lemon was included as one of "drinks" in the breakfast deals . I asked for an explanation and was told by the staff & the supervisor that that's their policy. A glass of hot water & lemon is equivalent to a coffee, cup of tea or juice....needless to say that this is outrageous, but they were rude & could have explained this beforehand & or refunded us the 12nis this time for the feel good factor, but no! Obviously it was more important for them to be right! They have lost my patronage and my family's.

This is the second time i'm in this place, it's a lovely cellar on an old turkish style house, converted with great skill into a quaint small restaurant, with warm ambiance, great music and great food. We had a cheese platter and a salad, and it was enough for two people, though it looked small on arrival. Anyway, we loved our second visit there, and will probably come back for more.

Authentic wine bar with fantastic choice of Portuguese wines, port wines and some local wines. You can enjoy you drinks accompanied by fine cheese, olives, home-made bread, meat and vegetable tapas and pastries, as well as by fado music or bossanova style
been there twice with a group of friends. small, you can sit inside or out in the evening, small plates of cheese and cuts, good bread, amazing selection of Portugal wines that will take you in total surprise, friendly hosting and fair prices. loved it!

Although the outdoor seating area is rustic, the food that comes out of the kitchen is top notch. Salads portions are generous, creative (contain ingredients you rarely see in Tel Aviv (Belgian endive for example) and delicious. The bread and cakes are superb. Clearly there is a very good chef running the show...Definitely worth any detour to get here...great food and service too.

A lovely , casual restaurant, but the food was top notch. We had amazingly creative and delicious fish starters and a terrific pizza. Beer was very expensive but the restaurant still deserves 5 stars. Would certainly return.
