Overall there are no fine dining restaurants either in Siberia, or in its capital Novosibirsk. All my experiences in largely advertised local "musts" such as La Maison or Puppenhaus we pure despair! Poor service, overpriced but poor menu and so scarse wine list! Skopin wine restaurant is the only asylum in Novosibirsk. Very cosy, intimate (only 8 tables) place, real fine dining cuisine with a dictinctive touch of its chef Yan Skopin and incredible wine cellar! I have visited it 4 or 5 times and each time it was really great! Impossible for Siberia!

Very nice place et wonderful team. You feel like a VIP. Everything was perfectly cooked and meals are absolutely originals (cheesecake with white mushrooms is awesome). If you plan to go there during the weekend, don't forget to book a table. Very nice choice of wines and Champagnes

A cooking at the level of the ambitious menu card, the service, the choice of wine, the deco, the calm jazzy atmosphere and the panoramic view of the city.
