Andy gave general great advice about the area and what to expect when travelling the area. Andy also posted out a range of brouchers which helped us make decisions on what to do in August 2020 and followed up with helpful advice prior to booking attractions around Kununurra such as the Org river cruise, Lake Kununurra sunset dinner cruise, Bungle Bungles day tour and Horizontal falls from Broom. Andy was just brilliant and I would highly recommending contact staff at the visitor center before you travel.

Visitor Information Centre in Halls Creek. Halls Creek sits on the northern edge of the Great Sandy Desert and is a gateway to natural attractions including the striking formation of the white quartz China Wall, the orange and black striped domes of the Purnululu National Park Bungle Bungle Range, and the dramatic impression of the Wolfe Creek Crater, formed 300,000 years ago when a meteorite crashed to earth. We have the best range of Australian Made souvenirs in the Kimberley. We can book all your Kimberley tours and accommodation.

We visited the Derby visitor centre twice during our time in Derby and both times the staff could not have been more helpful. Very proud of their town and the beautiful surrounding area, and very knowledgable. They have some lovely gifts and a good selection of books. Well worth a visit if you are in the area

What a great library! I’m visiting my Broome family from NSW. Brought my grandchildren here over the school hols and they loved the daily craft and played with the lego, games & jigsaws. A cool and welcoming place to spend a couple of hours. Fantastic staff !
