The librarians are super friendly and helpful. Building is just gorgeous. Small selection of books on hand, but extensive connections to other libraries, they can get any book you need. Kids section is stunningly lovely and well stocked. My daughter always finds a new series to get into.

This was our first stop in Grand Lake. We received great information. She recommended a place for lunch, a waterfall hike, where to go in RMNP for short hikes, gave us maps, and even highlighted our choices for us!

Juniper Library

Grand Lake's public library is a gem. For such a small town, this library is well equiped and a great spot to take kids or to flip through a magazine (they also rent DVDs). It has a large stone fireplace to get cozy when the weather is cold. The library has work tables, window seats and a small room for a study group or if you need a quiet space. The staff is extremely helpful.

The Kremmling Area Chamber of Commerce/Visitor's Center is located on Hwy 40(Park Ave.) on Town Square. Kremmling is a quaint little "cowboy" town that reminds people of the way Colorado "used to be." Stop in for information, maps, brochures, restrooms, or to stretch your legs. You may want to grab coffee, a bite to eat, or have a picnic in the park if you're traveling to another destination.
