Animal friendly park, which means seeing a moose up close depends on whether the moose is up to it. The owner is very friendly, but do take notice of the house rules. He is very keen on the animals and doesn't take lightly when you don't abide to the rules. All in all the way an animal park should be handled in my opinion. The fee is somewhat high, but as it is all there is to keep the park and animals in good condition it is a fair price. Mind you: do take the long route around the park, the shelter by the lake is lovely. If you ask nicely the owner will even let you use the sauna in the shelter in return for chopping some wood.
