This is my second time coming on the course, and I really enjoyed the experience. Kim has great tips to make Vietnamese cooking within the grasp of anyone who wants to make delicious, healthy food. The ingredients are fresh and very high quality. We had a wonderful meal and took home plenty of leftovers to enjoy with family. Thank you again, Kim.

A warm welcome, lovely log fire table for 7. Excellent meal all served together. Friendly helpful staff. Food really good. We had booked in September and put a menu in, in advance. Have visited this pub several times and it is always the same. Excellent food a great service. Thank you.

Ate at the George Inn twice during our stay locally, last week. We had really great meals on both occasions. Lots of choice and the chef cooked every thing really well. The sausages and mash, chicken and leek pie and the fish and chips were notably good. We also had some of the puddings- all traditional and v tasty. We loved the apple pie and the bread and butter pudding especially. The pub itself is steeped in character, full of nooks and crannies and lots of interesting artefacts to look at. A really lovely atmosphere. Both our kids also found the pub really interesting. Michael the landlord is very friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Will definitely be back.
