We took our 5 yr old grandson here on a beautiful fall Tuesday afternoon. We all enjoy going to the general store/gift shop and picking out some jars of preserves, sauces & butters and then heading upstairs for some of their freshly made donuts and cider. After that Grandpa and I watch while this energetic little boy jumps and rolls around on their famous giant inflatable pillow. This year we didn't take the tractor ride or train ride but he did pick out a couple of beautiful pumpkins to bring home. This place is mobbed on the weekends but much more manageable during the week. We all loved it!

Orchard & cider mill owned by the Phillips family for over 162 years. Growing 36 varieties of apples, 15 varieties of peaches. Watch us press cider on a traditional rack & cloth press in the fall, horse drawn wagon rides on weekends in September & October. Free walking tours of the orchard or arrange for a guided tour with your group. Fresh donuts, bread and pies from the bakery.
I live locally and love this place. Apples, cider, donuts, Batterbee's Bread (the best!), MI Organics chocolates, Bur Oaks popcorn (also the best!), and all sorts of wonderful Michigan and locally-made products and goodies. I did quite a bit of Christmas shopping there this year. I love this place!

Popular golf course that offers a challenge to practically every level of player.
Played The Emerald at Maple Creek in mid-April. The course was in very nice condition and was getting green. The course is a par-72, covering 6,619-yards from the longest tees. There are four sets of tees to choice from. There is some water on the course but far from being excessive. The course as a whole is challenging, but fun to play. Worth playing if anywhere in the area.

The IQhub at AgroLiquid is a center for agricultural history, innovation, and exploration. Home to exhibits chronicling the advancement of agriculture from before the pilgrims set foot in the Americas all the way through the present day, the IQhub holds something for both the young and young at heart. Located inside AgroLiquid's world headquarters in St. Johns, Michigan, the 9,500 square foot ag education destination is complimented by a Kids' Korner where even the youngest groups can learn about the farm-to-fork connection. The IQhub is open to the public and admission is free.
Can't say enough nice things about Agro Liquids. We visited them as part of a Senior Mystery trip. From the first contact the experience was great. We were met at our coach by Jay who took us out the farms for a new look at agriculture. When we arrived at the apple orchard we were met by Jacob who showed us the orchard of the future with smaller trees, more trees is smaller area and bigger fruit. After returning from our field tour, we entered their large exhibit area and were met by Bert, our contact person. If you want an education, in the new age of farming/agriculture, this is where to come. Kids, as well as seniors will enjoy this.

The Pain-Gillam-Scott House circa 1860 is now the Clinton County Historical Society Museum. Interesting to visit. Knowledge people to answer your questions. I enjoyed my visit.

The State of Michigan Historical Marker on The Divine Mercy Church tells the history of St. Johns Church. The history dates back to 1858 and the present building to 1894 when it was St. Johns Church. Very interesting design building. Worth stopping and seeing this historical structure.
