Established in 1998, we are a family-owned, single vineyard producer of boutique French-style wines. Our 53 hectare vineyard is located in the hills above the picturesque & historic town of Rylstone, in the Central Ranges of NSW. We chose this location to establish our vineyard due to the similarity of soil, temperature & inland climate to Burgundy, where our family originates from (outside the town of Beaurepaire-en-Bresse). The pursuit of excellence in the vineyard & in wine-making has enabled us to win a number of international & domestic awards, and see our wines ranged across premium hotels & resorts, and well recognised bars & restaurants across Australia. Our cellar door is located in an 1850s sandstone stable which overlooks the vines. We offer a range of cool-climate French-style Sparkling, Whites, Rosé, Reds & Dessert Wines. Our cellar door is open 11am to 5pm Wednesday to Sunday. We look forward to seeing to seeing you!
This was a rather spur of the moment decision and perhaps one of the best we have made. One of the if not the most pleasurable tasting I have ever had. A wonderful family run winery, Amanda lead us on an engaging, knowledgeable and entertaining journey through a sample of their delightful wines. A little bit of the beaten track but this is a destination worth seeking.

This cafe has the best coffee in the Rylstone area, I won't go anywhere else. Kat is lovely and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The bacon and egg roll is great. Their gluten free caramel slice is the die for and worth the visit alone.

Our group of ten arrived soon after a morning shower and the whole area smelt so fresh. It was a great walk, heading down to the gully (and around a few rocks) but well worth the slight effort. From the bottom standing amongst the ferns, the views upwards into the stunning rock formations were just ‘Jurassic’. With no other walkers during our visit, it was perfectly quiet and magical.

The first press extra virgin olive oils on offer at Rylestone Olive Press are well worth the visit when in the area. Due to COVID restrictions you are not able to sample and need to rely on the blenders tasting notes to make your choice. We bought two bottles and have tried them when we arrived home, will return next time we are in the area.
