Holy Grail Wines are made by hand with the same European traditions used by ancestors in the 1800’s. The grapes for our wines are hand picked and pressed in an old Italian wine press. Our wine is bottled straight from a Missouri oak barrel. We are a small production boutique winery, committed to crafting wines of superior quality, with a strong emphasis on customer service and product education. We are located in the charming town of Holstein in Marthasville, off Hwy N. Our winery is only 45 minutes from Saint Louis, 20 minutes from Washington, 20 minutes from Herman, and approximately 1 mile from the Katy Trail along the Missouri River. Our winery and wine tasting room sits on a lovely hillside with beautiful views and a constant light breeze. Stop in, relax, and sit awhile. Lonnie, vinter; has been making wine for over thirty years and is available to answer questions and tell you his family’s background of making wine & the history behind it all.

The best wines we have ever had in Missouri, Iowa, California, or any where else! The venue is fantastic and owners Lonnie and Sharon make the visit complete with their knowledge and welcoming spirit. Always a must for us when we visit the area! Absolutely the best wines around!

This was our first stop on our anniversary trip. We don’t live very far away but have never visited before. The wine tasting was $5 but worth it to try the vast selection of wines. We had a peach sangria after our wine tasting that was delicious. We will be back!
