The Meeker County Historical Society works to preserve the stories and artifacts of Meeker County, Minnesota and the G.A.R Frank Daggett Post No. 35. This post is the last remaining Civil War Veterans Hall remaining in Minnesota and one of a few remaining in the Country. The exterior and interior of the Hall still boosts it's original 1885 appearance and collection of original artifacts. Great place for family fun. It could be cold as it’s all mostly outside. Go to their website or Facebook page as there is a lot of information on there. But there is fun for all age groups and sometimes they fun specials as well
