Looking at the negative reviews we were pleasantly surprised with the efficient handling of our car rental. After making the reservation on line with a small deposit, we followed up with a phone call and confirmed our reservation. We arranged for pick up and return at our hotel in Penang. On arrival at the hotel we received a call to inform us, that the car would be delivered at our requested time and it was delivered promptly. The car was quite new and clean. Return was efficient and communicated by phone prior to return time. When we returned the car, after completion of formalities our deposit was returned in cash as promised. Overall it was a reliable and professional service.
