The church of St. Mary the Virgin, Finedon is a beautiful building. The recently fully restored Organ is worth the visit.

We recently returned to this excellent pocket park,situated at the rear end of Finedon,a short distance from the A6.On this occasion we decided to walk further than our last visit following the old railway sleepers through a heavily wooded area for about half a mile before it finally taking us out onto a housing estate.The walk is about a 40 minute all round trip and parking is available on the road immediately next to the entrance to the walk.A very peaceful walk which branches off in various directions and encourages responsible dog walkers.Visited August 12th 2017.
