Young or old, male or female, everyone would enjoy these illustrations from your favorite children's books! Very unique venue, and one could browse for hours! As a teacher, I LOVED this museum!

We spent hours here. Everything from Gustav Stickley to old barn relics. Some upcycled things, jewelry, lots of old tools. We bought some old license plates that had special years on them (did you know Ohio stopped putting years on them in 1974?) We will be back.

I was very pleased by Hancock Historical Museum. Lots of intriguing exhibits displaying Findlay's history. I definitely learned some things about the town that I didn't know before! I also loved the historical house where I was able to view all of the different rooms and artifacts. If you're a Findlay native or just want to know more about the town, I recommend stopping by.

We are an onsite retail nursery specializing in over 900 varieties of Daylilies, 200 varieties of Hostas, and 200 varieties of Irises. These plants are sold bare-rooted. There are extensive display gardens all around the rural property that you can wander through to see not only the Daylilies, Hostas, and Irises, but also over 300 varieties of hardy Succulents, over 1500 species of unusual Perennials, and nearly 100 varieties of Ornamental Grasses. Everything is labeled. The gardens are open to the public and no purchase is necessary to come enjoy the gardens. Because we grow all of the plants that we sell, we can give you specific information about our experiences with the plants if you have questions. Iris season runs from the dwarfs in late March on through the mid and tall bearded Irises into June. Daylily Season generally is most spectacular in July and August, and with nearly 1000 varieties including many new varieties each year, the daylily display is particularly spectacular. The garden is designated as an Official AHS (Daylily) Display Garden. We are a seasonal business and are open for business from early May to mid September, but if you would like to come visit outside of business hours, just give us a call. Group tours available upon request. Buses welcome, but please make an appointment.
I found this place from a google search. It was a great day trip from Cincinnati. The gardens are lovely to explore with a vast variety of daylilies and perennials. The owners and employees are very friendly. Try to time your visit when the daylilies are at their peak. Plan on taking some with you. The prices are very reasonable and the plants are very nice.

The kids had a lot of fun ice skating. Skate times are for about two hours which is long enough, unless you are really good at skating. It is a cash only facility but they have an ATM if you forget. You can rent skates if needed. We have been twice. Once the day after Christmas and again for a birthday party for our child.
Guided horseback trail rides through 10 acres of beautiful wooded trails for beginner through advanced riders. Experienced, well-trained horses and certified helmets are provided. Each ride is 45 minutes at a cost of $30/person.
