It is the largest church in Ferla; it has a three naves plant with 41 meters of length and 41 of width. The first time in 1481, the earthquake of 1693 was completely rebuilt in a larger form and a plastic-decorative program rich in artistic merits. The right aisle was dedicated to the Immaculate, the central one to San Sebastiano, the left one to the Souls of Purgatory, in the side aisles there are eight chapels, four on each side. For interior interiors stucco painters are enabled, for the paintings Giuseppe Crestadoro was commissioned, the author of the huge canvas that overlooks the high altar. The precious simulacrum of the patron saint of San Sebastiano in orange wood (1530), an example of invaluable workmanship is the simulacrum of the Immaculate, an eighteenth-century wooden statue, also used for the Easter meeting.
