Where to even start? This is the kind of place one would almost like to keep to themselves as it is that special! I spent 5 days at the ranch doing a yoga and horse riding retreat and I am already planning to come back! I was travelling on my own and really wanted a place where I can relax and feel like home - enchantment Equitreks has exceeded all of my expectations. From the first day I felt like I was part of the family. Mel and Justyn are amazing women, wonderful hosts, fantastic cooks and of course incredible cow girls :). The horses were so well cared for and so much fun to ride. I could only spend 5 days but I got to ride through deserts, forests and through mountains - the scenery was incredible. Waking up every morning doing yoga with an amazing view over the New Mexico landscape and then ending a day of horse riding with another relaxing Yin session at sunset was the perfect mix of horse riding and yoga. Oh and Justyn isn’t just an amazing cow girl, she’s also an amazing yogi who taught me so much! I would give this place 100 stars if it was possible :)

Founder Ranch

I'm an ABQ-area shooter and this is my favorite playground. One can shoot sporting clays, 5-stand, Cowboy Action Shooting, and Wild Bunch shooting most every weekend. The range is also used by USPSA clubs and by concealed carry classes. The End of Trail event each year near the end of June is the premier event for the range. However, winter months are quite cold and the range is less used.

Great little non-profit rescue zoo. Path is paved and 1.25 miles long, animals well kept and good story boards for each one. There is an entry fee. Harvest Host member if you’re one call ahead to stay overnight in your RV. Staff was very pleasant.
