Locked Inn is Florence's FIRST live escape room! If you are looking for a exciting new challenge, this is it! We offer 3 uniquely themed rooms that are fully interactive, multiplayer games where players use their intellect to find clues and solve puzzles in an attempt to escape in 60 minutes. Fun for teens, adults, families, youth groups, and cooperate team building.
My first "escape room" experience. It was fantastic. I'd heard different things about these places and wasn't too excited to try it. But the instructions were crystal clear and everyone in our group of five loved it. Gavin - our host - really made sure it was a positive experience. It took us just under an hour to get through the "Sacred Ruins."

I was staying at the Staybridge nearby and decided to get some exercise when I stumbled upon this seeming new Veterans Park honoring those who made the supreme sacrifice in the service of their country. I was taken by the Park's design and impressed by its extremely well maintained appearance. This park is something you would expect to find in a much larger resourced city. Many cudos to those who conceived and contributed to this beautiful memorial.

Young Plantations is a pecan gifting company located off of I-95 (exit 164) at Hwy 52 in Florence, SC. We offer a variety of natural and flavored pecans -- double dipped chocolate pecans are a fan favorite -- plus SC gift items, an on-site bakery and lots of other stuff. Stop in and say hello!
Even if there are tour buses parked outside that may deter you from stopping in, you would do yourself a HUGE disservice by not wandering around inside this place, enjoying the staff, taking full advantage of the incredible SAMPLE BAR, & spending some of your hard-earned dollars on items you will not find elsewhere @ this level of service & quality! My husband & I were en route from Mt. Pleasant, SC back to our home in North Baltimore, MD & made a stop here both as a rest/lunch break as well as to shop for stuff for ourselves for the December 2019 / January 2020 holidays and for something to send back to our family in Hawai'i. (They grow Macadamias there in HI, as you well know, but do not have the appropriate weather to grow pecans). Some unexpected surprises: From the sample bar, not just the amazing myriad pecan varieties, but also some of the best choc chip cookies ever! They are made a decent size for purchase and a tad expensive per half dozen, but, I assure you if you are a cookie fan, very well worth it! Get some for eating in the car on your drive, but also additional ones to put in your TRUNK (or back seat to keep them intact if visiting in the hot summertime, but away from where you might be tempted to hog-eat all of them). Another surprise is the high-quality boxed sandwich lunches w/ potato salad. AAA+ chicken salad (thickly-stuffed!) sands on sourdough bread! Perfect for what we need to get us back on the road again to continue our drive homeward. Thank you, Young Plantation Staffers, for a wonderful time. Keep doing what you're doing, as we will be back soon!

I love this library. Free dvd rentals, books, books, and more books, classes, children's area, free movies and so much more. The only thing I wish is that they had more tables near outlets.
