Our Living Italy 7 day boutique itineraries began from our home base near Montefalco in Umbria, and involve numerous locals living nearby. There are many versions of the 'real Italy', and ours is what we have found living in Umbria since 1988, in a small village in a rural area surrounded by olive fields, vineyards, forests and small and large hilltowns encircled by medieval walls with turreted entrance gates, stone houses and cobbled streets. We design the various programs and itineraries based on our own experiences, and include activities sourced from our wide circle of friends; cooks, winemakers, artists, potters, historians and musicians. The people you will meet on the programs are all part of an extended team of local residents who have a passion for their specific skills and produce as well as for their homes into which you are often invited.

After three weeks on a cruise, we did ourselves a favor and checked in for their spa experience rather than heading straight back to Rome’s Internacional Airport. From checkin to dining we had a relaxing indulgent experience. Their spas is impressive as it is large.
