Aside from all that, the very compassionate and loving care she extended my adult special needs daughter who loves to cook, was highly commendable beyond all words.  Her cooking adventure is for anyone who wishes for a fun, instructional, and culturally delicious experience, which memories you will cherish for a lifetime.  Yumi has a joyful heart and soul of Japan, which we will never forget.  We will also enjoy her shared recipes at home in Washington DC!  Please go meet Yumi, you will be extremely happy you did!!!
