Samadhi Yoga-TURN ON YOUR LIGHT
I have now been going to yoga classes here for over 2 years and can not recommend it enough! Classes are in various languages if needed. It has definitely been beneficial to me in lots of ways. Monica listens to any problems, aches or issues you may have and works on that to improve or resolve it. Great personal, profesional attention! The studio is lovely, clean and gives a very relaxing experience!

Highly recommended as a refuge from the turmoil and troubles of our current lives. Sit for a few minutes and have your cares lifted from your shoulders.

We found this little museum by accident. It's a very interesting place if you're into the medieval period. They speak English, and audio guides are included in the very cheap entry price. Apart from a very in depth explanation of the artifacts with an audio guide, they also have a really good short movie detailing the life of a medieval man. The museum itself is housed in the old courthouse and jail complex, so once you've seen the artifacts you go down into the original jail cells where you can see graffiti carved into the walls by medieval prisoners. It was super creepy, but absolutely fascinating, and very good value for money.

A small zoo but with a difference
Nice little spot to visit, although it isn’t that large it still has enough to see and enjoy. There’s not just butterflies, there’s also a selection of birds, bats, fish, tortoises, turtles, iguana and more. Make sure you buy some nectar when you enter, it’s cheap and it will allow you to get really close to the birds in the first enclosure, they may even decide to sit on your arms or shoulder and feed from the cup ????

Ours is utterly unique; we have maintained industrial heritage made up of the flour factory machinery from the end of the 19th century, and we have also conserved natural heritage, such as the ‘Rec del Moli', a water channel dating back to the medieval ages. The building, along with the channel, was acquired in 1995 by the Castello d’Empuries Town Hall to convert it into an ecomuseum.
