Went there last night after a huge day at Taronga Zoo - the food was incredible - great beetle leaf rare beef entree and wonderful chicken/prawns Tom Yum style and noodle lamb mains - we'll be back for sure - close to as good as SpiceIAm

Finally, we have somewhere to return to on a regular basis for good Thai in our area. We have searched since moving into the district 2 years ago. I would probably overlooked this establishment from looking on the outside but I was glad I read the positive reviews. We went on a Saturday night but were able to get a table. It curves around to additional seating at the back. The service was very attentive. We had 2 mains - the Blue Chili prawns which were large & succulent; & the mixed seafood basil & chilli which included plump scallops. They offer brown rice & roti, & there is house wine for $7 including BYO. The decor could be livened up a bit. We are looking forward to returning to sample more of the menu. They say they are open for breakfast but I would not have any idea what a Thai brekkie involves.

This local Thai restaurant has an extensive menu with the usual mix of stir fry, curry and noodle dishes on offer. The ones from this list were very good and the meal size was generous with plenty of curry sauce for the rice. However the big winner was the House speciality items. These were fantastic and well worth the visit alone, the Crying Tiger was brilliant!! Overall this was a great restaurant with really good service, well priced and a great meal selection. Will return.

Chedi Thai on Blues Point Road, McMahons Point is a destination with the heart and soul of a stylish local café combined with the food and service of an award winning Thai restaurant. Located in the picturesque McMahons Point dining precinct, by Day Chedi
Nice ambience, good service, but food average. Not as good as last time, possible change of chef. Chicken not lean and sauce bit tasteless. Food is the main reason for going so that leaves one a bit flat.Thank you for rating our service 5 stars. However, I need to know what dishes you ordered to address your concerns. But I can add that our chefs have not changed since we opened in McMahons Point. We try to cater for all tastes and preferences but taste is subjective and dependent on variables such as seasonality. During your next visit, I would be pleased to assist with your order to make sure the food exceeds your expectations.

We had a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding and the menu was extensive. Great place for all varied Thai taste. The hospitality was fantastic and I felt very comfortable in a non pretentious special environment. Highly recommended for a special Thai dinner.

Welcoming service and pretty good Thai food. The only downside was the timing of food to come out. There were 2-3 couples in the restaurant but the food being served was quite slow. My partner had well finished his main by the time mine came out!
