Two services were recommended by the Mayo concierge and I just happened to pick Groome. They have vans running every hour around the clock. I had driven my own car from Minneapolis to Mayo once on good roads and it was an easy straight shot, but this time I wanted to try the shuttle. Well, I'm taking the shuttle from now on! Phone reservation was easy. I showed up on time, they left MSP on time - there were so many reservations they had two vans waiting. My van was clean, 7 very comfortable passenger seats with seatbelts. It didn't feel crowded even though all the seats were filled. This van had free wifi! The driver was very professional and blessedly quiet. In fact it felt more like an executive car service than a van. Very few stops once we got to Rochester. On my return I changed the pick up location - no problem. The late afternoon van picked me up at the Grand Kahler on time and this time there were only 3 passengers. Both van trips were about 1h 30min door to door. I got a lot of reading done on my iPad (although the return van did not have wifi). I will be using the Groome service from now on. Totally stress free and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Kennedy, my shuttle driver yesterday, is an excellent driver and has exceptional customer service skills. Yesterday he dropped me off at an address near the clinic that I thought was my airbnb. However, at some point I got mixed up and ended up three blocks from the correct address. Kennedy sensed something wasn’t right and came back to check on me. I was glad to see him, and he took me to the place I needed to be.

We missed shuttle from Mayo Clinic so we took taxi ,it was relatively reasonable in price,driver not very friendly.
