We Offer Local Fresh Food Prepared To Excite Your Palate. It's A True Dine-around Experience Among 9 Food Stations and Bar. It's All Your Favorite Food In One Place.
An odd setup with multiple stations as you would find in a college cafeteria. The taco station guy said the kitchen would make the decent but uninspired duck tacos and to go stand near there. A while later a different guy walked around the place trying to find the person who ordered the duck taco. Also oddly, there seemed to be a 2-for-1 staff to seat ratio (if you don't count the barstools). Our party decided they needed a Walmart greeter to direct patrons as they came in.I am sorry it was so confusing for you. Was this a busy night? Iam not sure what you mean by 2 for 1 staff to seat ratio, maybe you came during a slow time? We are a food hall concept and it can be confusing to first time customers. The concept has been working well for the last two years and people usually rave about our food, we take a lot of pride in what we do. We usually get good reviews on our duck tacos, I look into it. Next time you are in please ask for me, I was away on vacation last week.Isi

Ok went out to eat with a couple and i have an issue with cooks that cant read the tickets.why is it that hard to make the food the way its written? A medium rare burger is NOT a well done burger.(twice) . Not again.

Okinawa Japanese Restaurant has been a local, family-owned and operated restaurant since 2007 offering Japanese delicacies. We offer professional catering services and have a fully equipped bar. Call us to find out about our all-day menu.
I've been there dozens of times and never regretted it. Their Chinese food is excellent but I particularly enjoy the Japanese food and the Vietnamese choices. All excellent! The place is quite large and I've never had to wait. (It can feel quite cavernous when there aren't many people there.) I've never had their hibatchi, but the people in the hibatchi room always sound like they're having a great time.

I can't believe this incredible place isn't packed every night.Oh, sure, a lot of customers just come in for take-out, but this restaurant is best served right on the premises. It is, hands down, the finest Mandarin cuisine I've had outside of Mott Street. We eat there at least once a month, whether we're celebrating something or not. I almost hate to write about it, because I worry it may mean waiting for a table. But I want them to continue to thrive because I need my monthly fix.

This used to be our favorite restaurant when we were living in the area. So our anticipation was high when we returned after 5 years for a 2 week visit to Yorktown Heights - and we were not disappointed. The food quality is still excellent, we particularly like their crisp salmon skin roll, which we always order without the sauce, to keep it more crisp - we cannot understand why on the Westcoast they cannot prepare rolls like this. The other rolls we tried were great as well, and we just adore their sashimi, be it the small appetizer portion, or the large 21 piece plate. The decor is getting a bit tired, but the service was as usual friendly and efficient - we did make it 4 times in two weeks to come for lunch here - and look forward to come again when we visit the area anew.
