2nd time at Shizen and quality is consistently good. The concept is all you can eat within 2.5 hours for â¬25âish and you order via a tablet at your table. The staff is very polite and service minded. There is only a little sushi (reason they do not get 5 stars) but what is there is good. Lots of crowd pleasing dishes and the wonderful Iki beer (the champagne of beers) which all restaurants and bars ought to stock.

Heeft wat ons betreft de titel 'beste sushi in waalwijk eo' overgenomen van een stadgenoot. Verse ingredienten, wat andere gerechten als bij menig andere sushi-tent, bestelling via tablet (dus ook geen eindeloos gezeur of we nog meer willen drinken of dat bestellingen niet goed ingevoerd zijn) en gewoon heerlijke gerechten. We komen hier ondertussen eigenlijk (te) vaak :)tip: probeer de sliptong eens !

It's a dutch cafeteria as we call these kind of fast food places. This typical dutch cafeterias is runned by Asian people so a win for the sector. Very clean, very friendly people and they prepare the Dutch snacks as it should be. Clean oil, crispy high quality fries and snacks. But extra extra are the fresh sushi and sashimi they make. Not cheap but very delicious. Only min point is a little bit too much rice for the sushi But overall for its sector a great "cafeteria" as I can rate as best in Vught and surroundings

The service is impeccable, the food superb and the way it is presented is a joy for the eye. Study the menu and you can make your choice of a la cart or preset menu. The courses are all very well prepared with lovely surprises.I highly recommend this little gem, situated in Uilenburg.
