The food in this place is awesome. My sister and I shared the sushi for 2 it came in a boat setting with different type of sushi. We were very satisfied, the food was fresh and tasty.

Authentic Japanese cuisine in small town Peachtree City, GA
I wish I could give this place a negative 5!This place is a joke! The guy making sushi is a JackWagon. Servers ignore you,( you wait forever, they socialize with regulars and leave you thirsty) the man Alvin(the owner) is constantly socializing with big groups from Pinewood Studios or his Regular clientele. I have been here four or five times. I know itâs not nice to see other coustomers bills. Though I am confused at the pricing. How the people sitting next to me last time had the most extravagant decorations and expensive sushi on the menu and was charged a lot less than my I was. The ramen from a plastic bowl is better than what they serve here. I have ordered more than one bowl. One bowl (the pork base) was so salty it needed to be watered down, the next bowl was very cloudy broth and lots of corn for garnish.(the corn taste like it was canned)So I have spent more than a few hundred dollars here just trying to see why people like it so much. I know a few people that love it, I donât see anything special at all. I would rather eat at Tomi in PTC the food is better, the service is wonderful and the prices are better. I would rather keep my money, then to be treated poorly for overpriced not so good food. I guess you have to eat there everyday to be treated like a customer.

This restaurant is a long time favorite of our entire family. Now under a new owner who has brought in a new sushi chef, it is the top sushi destination in Peachtree City. Tracy is always there and makes sure the service and food are up to the highest standards. Her new sushi chef is one of the best we have ever experienced. He orders high quality fish and presents all his dishes in a beautiful, plentiful, and flavorful manner. Do yourself the favor of experiencing great sushi, the way it should be prepared and presented!

Benjamin, aka Mr. Fuji, wears many hats. He may greet you at the door and direct you to your seat. Then Flash! Heâs at the Hibachi Grill, twirling knives and flipping food, like Edward Scissorhands. Seconds later heâs lighting the onion volcano with a Cheshire cat grin. I look up from my sushi menu, and Flash! Heâs making fancy rolls at the sushi bar. If I were to peek into the kitchen, I'm sure I'd see him washing dishes and mopping the floor. Like Mighty Mouse, he's everywhere, he's everywhere! Iâm not kidding, Iâve never seen a restaurant owner falling all over to please his customers like Mr. Fuji. He pesters you the entire time because he wants everyone happy with their meal, and it starts when you walk into his little unassuming place between Target and Krogerâs in Kedron Village, Peachtree City. Donât be surprised if the staff remembers your name and what you ate last time. Mr. Fuji, has just about the freshest and best tasting sushi anywhere. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere lively. It's customary to see three generations at one table, and Benjamin engaging with all of them. Itâs a popular place, especially for lunch with daily specials for hibachi, sushi, bento boxes and Benjaminâs Choice all moderately priced. Thereâs a variety of tasty appetizers you normally will not see at other sushi restaurants ranging from Oyster Tempura and Seven Spice Calamari to Soft Shell Crab and Salted Squid. The Sushi Bar has fish delivered almost daily making it among the freshest in West Georgia. He has rolls for beginners and rolls for sushi aficionados. I like the Dynamite Roll with Salmon, asparagus and crab deep fried in a creamy wasabi sauce and the Lobster Tempura Roll with fresh lobster, spicy kani, avocado and masago wrapped in soybean paper. The Green Tea and Red Bean Ice Cream is the real thing. The place for entertainment and fun, however, is at the hibachi tables with over two dozen combination choices featuring, chicken, scallops, lobster, salmon, calamari and filet mignon. Benjamin wonât let you leave hungry.Mr. Fuji, open every day, does carry outs and will deliver too, every night from opening to at least 9 pm, and Flash! I wouldnât be surprised if Mr. Fuji makes the delivery himself!

I really don't care for sushi so I can't comment on whether theirs is good or bad; however, I love Chinese food and they have a very nice selection. I had the General Tso's chicken and it was very good. My wife had the fried rice and it was very good as well. Although I only gave this place an average, it is because I tend to rate places compared to ALL other restaurants. If I rated it compared to just other strip mall Chinese restaurants, I'd give it a very good. They do a nice job!

I have had their hibachi side service and food, and it was very good. But, chose to just chill, sit in the sit down side, have a drink or two.So, when we got there, there was only a couple of tables in use. No Problem. We ordered some specialty drinks, and at only $6.50, they were awesome ( just dont let them know that, they will raise the price ).Ordered our food.. and waited........................................and waited....... the place had gotten 3/4 full, and they had ONE WAITER waiting on some 8 to 10 tables..&$%^@%!%^#&* are you KIDDING ME >???I cant blame him for everything, just one guy. BUT, i did notice his service wasnt consistant table to table. he would do some things on this table, others, with virtually the same order, got less service.. and you had to practically send up a flare to get his attention.Dinner was OK... thats all. just OK. this isnt a cheap restaurant, not a real high end either, but, the food was, at best, about equal to the $4.98 specials i got at the fast food Chinese place I like.. thats it.. it was a bit bland. portions were OK.. just not a lot of flavor..Ordered dessert... and waited..................................... and waited... 10.. 15 min ??was about to leave and say heck with it, when it showed up... Dessert was good, will give them that..But, overall.. with the bad service ( due to MANAGEMENTS choice to have ONE WAITER serving 20+ people ) i can only give this TWO stars.. no excuse for this level of service in a place like this..and again. food was.. mediocre..might give them a chance, on the Hibachi side again, as that was pretty good, BUT, that was quite a while ago when I had that, so who knows...
