Popped in for a quick sushi lunch of a roll and seaweed salad. Nice decor and a long wall of booth seating. Waitresses were sweet and friendly. Patio seating available. Located on Chula Vista's 3rd Avenue, perhaps not the most Japanese *authentic* experience I've ever had...a bit more 'Chula' than 'Chiba'. My soy sauce bowl had small chips all the way around it. Solid no-frills sushi experience. If you found this review useful, please click the thank button.

We go here a couple of times a month because it's very close to home. Even if it weren't so close we'd come here. It's normally pretty crowded so be prepared to wait a few minutes but the service and food are spot on!

This restaurant is very reasonably priced and food portions are great. This is a sit down restaurant but they also cater to take out customers. There is a small sushi bar. Bento plates are the best bargain with many items to choose from. Have been here several times and food and service are consistantly good.

Our neighbors introduced us to Bento and Noodles last night and we are most grateful. Walking inside, the restaurant is most inviting and they were doing a brisk business on a Sunday evening. Service was attentive, food was attractively arranged, and the bento boxes quite reasonable at $10.99. The garlic wings for an appetizer were delicious, the miso soup was a good followup, and the salad with a honey vinaigrette was enjoyed by all. One in our party ordered the pork cutlet udon soup which arrived in a large bowl and was quite tasty. The rest of us ordered bento boxes which included 2 choices, 2 California roll pieces, and white rice. The General Tso's Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken, and Sweet and Sour Chicken were flavorful. My tempura shrimp was not greasy but I thought 2 more pieces would have been nice. The Sweet and Sour Pork pieces looked like chicken nuggets but the sauce was good. Good value, good service, and good food make this a worthwhile dining option.
I was so happy to find a place that featured Chamorro food! We got the chicken kelaguen and it was very good. The sushi was great too. The wait staff was friendly but they need more people! Two waitresses were swamped. Also, a little confused on whether this is a restaurant or bar? The restaurant really needs a bigger space and the bar area takes up a lot of room. And it's annoying to listen to people screaming at football on TV when you're eating. Either make it a bar or a restaurant. That's my only complaint.

We come here for ramen or sushi - both are outstanding. Be aware that they close between lunch and dinner, so if you're not careful and you eat lunch in the mid-afternoon, they may be closed - so call first. GREAT food, always busy and fun.
