Noticed a HUGE difference in the service here compared to the last few times we had been. The meats were absolutely fantastic, done to perfection. And the service was so personable & consistent. It seemed in the past it was difficult to get attention from the servers, for whatever we needed. However this time they were so attentive and it made for such a pleasant and wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

The one thing I can guarantee is that you will enjoy/suffer the meat sweats. While you can absolutely fill up and be very happy with the side/salad bar, the full meat compliment is very much worth the extra $9.00. I highly recommend the chimichurra sauce to dip the meat and or bread in. Everything was very good and I was happy that they bring the meat out in different temperatures from rare to well. So much flavor with everything. The staff was very attentive with drink refills and cleaning up plates. They also offer a nice selection of desserts, but how do you eat dessert after suffering the meat sweats??? Overall A

We visited this restaurant twice during our SLC stay. The first visit we just had appetizers. The French onion soup was delicious & was a good sized bowl. We also had bacon scallopsâseared scallops in a thick slab of bacon. Mouth watering! On our second visit, with a group of 7, we had the seafood towerâshrimp, calamari, crab legs, tuna, & scallops. Unbelievably good! We also enjoyed Spencerâs Burger. Not an ordinary burger. Everything was extremely flavorful. Our servers were attentive, knowledgeable, & personable. A pleasant atmosphere in both the restaurant & bar. It is pricey, but the quality & flavor is worth every cent.

Picked at random and we felt a bit underdressed event at lunch. Great Italian Margarita, awesome caprese, great salmon and one of the best, most unique vodka sauces I have had. Loved the ricotta cheesecake, no doubt house made. Service was correct but got more friendly as the meal developed. Price and value on the high side but not near NY, LA etc prices and well worth it

The ribeye and filet were cooked to the desired temperature and were very tasty. The chicken breasts were not over cooked, and the sauce was unique and flavorful. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and helpful in selecting drinks, entrées, and side dishes for our European guests.

We have been in Salt Lake for 8 years now. For the earlier years, we have found a great steakhouse further south. With that closed we had tried a few other places and were disappointed. I had avoided Ruth's Chris, hoping to find a lower cost high quality less national chain type of restaurant. I have eaten at RC in 4 other cities and three of the four had been good. The SLC restaurant makes it 4 out of 5 visits. Service was truly excellent and our steaks were great. We had the pre-630 lower cost option, with Filet. My wife said this was her best Caesar Salad. She would not want me to mention her age; but suffice it to say that she has had many decades of salads around the country to compare to. She also loved the Creamed Spinach. My sides were also excellent. We played it smart and took half our meal home, and relived the experience the next day. It is pricey - but they do deliver!
