Scottsdale has more spas per capita than any other city in the U.S.—so whether you’re looking for the latest medi-spa technology or a new-agey, bohemian vibe, there’s sure to be something for you. It's a good thing, too—after spending all day touring the beautiful desert, you'll be grateful for some pampering.

I used to live next to Eldorado Park and visited the park weekly with my German Shepherd. The park is full of amenities such as several playgrounds, fishing spots, baseball & softball fields, and even includes a skatepark. Eldorado Park also seamlessly merges into Vista Del Camino Park which gives you plenty of length for a nice run or bike ride. The park is fairly long, so I'd recommend using the app, Avem, to help you discover and find your favorite amenities.

Salt River Fields, MLB Spring Training facility shared by the AZ Diamondbacks and CO Rockies is incredible. Plenty of parking, lots of great food/beverage options and an incredible view of the Scottsdale McDowell Mountains...take a selfie (ideally at sunset) from the main concourse behind home plate for great shot with the mountains backdrop.

A 28-acre park with go karts, a driving range, bumper boats and more.
My family stopped in to play some mini golf just to get outside and get some sun. Two of the three courses were open, as the third needed some repair. The course we chose looked like it had newly refinished green carpet. We played a full 18 holes and had a great time (one round of golf was only $7 per person). The staff was very friendly and the place was Covid-19 compliant.
