A mini Hotel in Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, Philippines
I had booked a double room but on arrival the manager asked me if I agreed with a twin room on the 3rd floor (which is actually the 2nd). The room has more privacy than the other rooms and my room had a window with street view. Early in the morning you hear roosters crowing. You live between the locals. It is very close to the beach, 3 minutes walk. They provide free hot and cold drinking water. Affordable price for the room, value for money.

The apartment is part of a building (located in the second floor). It is a studio type with its own toilet and bathroom. There is also a small balcony for smoking. The apartment has everything you need. We provide bed linens, towels, and toilet paper. Cleaning service is provided every day. There is also a kitchen with everything you need (refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, cooking pot, frying pan, etc.) free wi-fi, very quiet split type aircondition, cable tv, safety deposit box and water heater. We have a occupied reception at the entrance from 8 am to 8 pm. At the night time we have a night guard from 8 pm to 8 am on the next morning. I always interact with the guests. So I share my choices of good restaurants and bars as well as the best spots on the island that only a local would know. My staff can also serve the guest needs and inquiries. The apartment is located 80 steps away from the Boat Station 3. There are some good restaurants in walking distance from the apartments like Swiss In (swiss), Casa Pilar (local), Calypso (italian). A 10 minute walk from the apartment on the beach, you can see Asya Premier Suites. Their Bar and Restaurant is one of the best spots on the island to watch the sunset.
If you are on a budget. This is a perfect place to stay in Station 3. Not beach front but just 3mins walk from the beach. Near convenience store and 7-11. Like any other hotels, they also provide room cleaning everyday c/o ate Lyn who has been so nice and accommodating to our needs. Room are well maintained and kept very clean. Apartment are fully equipped with cooking facilities such as ricecookers, microwave, utensils etc. I don’t need to wake up early just to catch the breakfast time (like in other hotels) as I can cook my own breakfast at my most convenient time. To Ate Ely and Ate Lyn, again thank you for singing Happy Bday to my husband. Thank you for making my request possible.

I was in the Philippines for vacation and spent sometimes in Boracay with my Boyfriend from Manila, I am from Florida USA, This is my first time in Boracay and I am very impressed by the place. We stayed in Blue Lotus Hotel on September 8 to 10 , 2019, when we arrived we're greeted by nice friendly staff, especially Che - Che , the place was safe, very nice , clean and a decent size, with wifi,a flat screen TV, air conditioning, hot and cold shower and a free breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay especially since it's just a 4 -5 minute's walk to 'D Mall Boracay' and another 2-3 minutes walk to the beaches from 'D Mall' I surely would recommend this place.

This is a warning for those considering this resort... it may be cheap but dont exchange your piece of mind and safety when choosing this resort. I've had an existing complaint with Dept of Tourism Region 6 about the improprieties I experience with the resort's owner. The room was basic, no ref, no water heater, noisy aircon and blunt room features. There were better budget resorts nearby you can choose from. So BEWARE.
