The soup is very light, but tasty. Plenty of meat and side dishes. The parking lot might be a problem, but it's a place really worth to stop by.

Tengkleng is kind of traditional soup from Solo. It made from goat bones with small bits of meat attach on the bone, offal (jerohan) and some "left-over part". Tengkleng mbak Dyah is light, not too fatty and it taste fresh. Served in a plate with whole chilli, chilli paste, sweet soy sauce (Kecap). It is good when still hot make you sweat.

Dropping by for lunch, entering the outlet where furniture mostly wooden made. Staring at the traditional menus, it appeared my appetite. I ordered its signature, Bakso Kadipolo, it cost IDR 26K. Different, because it mixed with bones, that's why they called it Bakso Balung. Crowded people surrounding, not for lunch only, but as a matter of fact, this place completed with function room upstairs. Taste good, nice place, friendly staff, and quick service.

The place is situated close to the Triwundu Antique market. After shopping there, the Soto Triwundu restaurant is a cute and charming place serving a delicious Soto (soup). The price is very reasonable and the soup is delicious. Ah Yes! And the people are friendly. A great atmosphere. A delicious Javanese Soup. What else can you ask for.

The restaurant serves only timlo, a traditional cuisine from Solo, with various ingredients. It's a kind of clear soup, but no vegetables in it. Guests may choose the ingredients, all of them are from chicken: egg, liver, traditional sausage named sosis s
It used to be one of the best timlo (clear soup with sliced spiced boiled eggs, egg rolls-better known as Sosis Solo or Solo Sausage, chicken gizzard) I've ever tasted. However, the extremely foul smelling dumpster across the road really plays a role in ruining the taste. They've opened a new branch that might fare better, but I sincerely hope that they do something with the dumpster. The eatery has become an iconic place to eat in this city.

Soto ayam Gading is your typical Javanese clear soto: light and bland. It was very tasteless, so you need to add a spoonful of salt, a dash of soysauce, and a heap of sambal to actually taste anythingVarious side dishes were available to accompany your soto: quail egg satay, fried tofu, sweet chicken satay, sosis solo, etc. Enjoy everything because it's dirt cheap!
