The restaurant is located in a gas station, where you usually won't have any expectation. BUT, this one is extraordinary. We stopped for lunch there before entering Pistoia. We ordered the seafood spaghetti and it was really rich in flavor. The waitress was also very friendly and tried to explain all the dishes in English to us. The sign of the restaurant is not obvious, but the gas station is near an roundabout.

We found this restaurant by accident. We were so pleased with the food service and wine. We enjoyed the melon and procuitto , meat and veggie platter , the gnocchi but the best dish was the tagliatelle wirh funghi and sausage in a remarkable earthy sauce. This pasta has surpassed all bars. Next meal we had in Siena was such a disappointment as this was a tough act to follow. Go there and checkmout the locals and superb food. .

Nonostante la mia toccata e fuga sono riuscito a capire la qualità di questo ristorante. Locale molto ampio e ben messo con servizio eccellente e molto attento ad ogni singolo particolare( caratteristica non banale). Visto il poco tempo a disposizione ho letto il menù del giorno ed ho ordinato una semplice linguina alle vongole, ben fatta. Ci ritorneró più avanti con calma per poter assaggiare qualcosa di più elaborato. Mi ha fatto una bella impressione... grazie per ora.

This restaurant is filled with culture, friendly staff, music, and fun! The food is phenomenal, we repeatedly chose to eat there during our 5 days in Pistoia. The music provided by staff while we ate made the evening memorable. The taste of the truffle pasta draws us back to visit again!

Nice place located in the side the centre of the city. Has two entrance and a long corridor as main rooms. Two women manage the resturant one in the kitchen and the other at the service. Menu is composed be the most popular dishes of tuscany all plenty of flavours and aroma. Well prepared and explained to the customer. Worth a visit. Grazie per aver gradito la nostra cucina...Paola

We walked half an hour (one way) to get to this restaurant so popular on TripAdvisor. However, at lunchtime it is more a cafeteria with a large buffet to choose from, fish and meat dishes, quickly served and incredibly fresh and cheap. Pity we could not return at night, I think it then becomes a really good exclusive fish place.thank you very much!
