These guys have an awesome Friday buffet (except for in July and August). Great soups, nice salad variety and the day I was there the Chicken was particularly good. Great home cooking at affordable prices. They also offer takeout soup.

Having always wanting to try this restaurant for breakfast, we finally had the opportunity to while staying in Kamloops, and I must say it met and exceeded all of our expectations. The fruit medley that accompanied my French toast was very fresh and flavourful, the staff were very friendly and attentive, Will definitely try again,Thank you so much for your kind review! We didn't go to the location, but a luncheon we were at was catered by them and the food was delicious. Nice salads and a fabulous veggie sandwich with beets and yam. So good.

Came in for lunch on a Tuesday and was busy which is always a good sign. I ordered the soy based tiger ramen has a nice strong soy flavoured broth with a nice chunk of pork. The noodles were cooked well and was a decent portion.

Really disappointed with the food. 2 miniature pieces of broccoli, barely there grated carrot, some cabbage with little sauce and flavor for the thin noodle cutlet dish. Cutlet was dry and overcooked. Too oily and little flavor. One dish was way too spicy and only rice and spicy peppered soup. 4/4 diners not impressed.
