Ichigo Ichie Ramen is most slurp-worthy ramen spot in Richmond. The Japanese soul food has spread to BC, Canada
It is a small outlet but well managed.Seating space is comfortable.A few steps to pick your ramen from a small piece of paper where you are asked to cross your choices.First choose the flavor ( pork, chicken or vegetable).Next chose your soup, meat (pork/chicken) or vegetable. Then pick your choice of meat ( pork/chicken) or vegetable. Then tick whatever additions you want, a variety of choices like karage, additional soup etc.I chose the mayu ramen (spicy) and an additional dish of gyoza ( 3 pieces). The hot bowl of ramen was delicious and especially so during a cold autumn night!Service was friendly and efficient.Ample car parks.

Sat ourselves, had to call over a server to order, no one checked in on us, went up to ask to have food packed and pay, one of the ladies was just standing there wiping the counter. There was another girl who seemed to be the only one serving, but there was only three other tables in the restaurant, so the lack of service didn't really make sense. However, the food was good and relatively fast. Can get better service at other pho restaurants for sameFood.

Just finished eating from this restaurant with satisfaction. Located in Ironwood Mall (in between No. 5 Road n Steveston), there are ample parking spaces. The shop itself is just next to Save On Food, not big, but neat n tidy. Foodwise, taste good. We have ordered the sample platter (for 2) to try many varieties of products. Pho is good with good soup. Overall, good one and will try again.

This was our first visit with our Canadian cousins. They come once a week so it has got to be good. The service was quick and the staff attentive. Everything was hot and tasty. We would definitely come here again and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Recently, I have been visiting Ladner, Tsawwassen area for various purposes, meeting up with friends, walking with my dog at Centanial Beach, visiting the car wash at the Shell in Tsawwassen etc.Passing by the "Main St" of this lovely little town of Ladner, decided to try their Pho shop, since it is our first time here I have have absolutely no expectations. Our ordered items are as standard as can be:House Special Pho: Good broth to start with, not too salty and do have the necessary herbs in the background but not overwhelming. Can be a little bit more salty tho, added a dash of salt and it was much much better, the rest of the bowl was also done well, sliced beef steak still pink when presented and all other cuts were not dry and tough.Bun Bo Hue: I did noticed that some of the Yelper mentioned that this is not an authentic BBH, as it did not even have the right kind of noodles for this very regional dish, but I did see that on their menu it was mentioned that they use Vermicelli in this soup, also when I made the order the Server did mentioned to me again that it comes with Vermicelli, so I thought why not! I actually like it, it is a change from the "authentic" version. Soup again needs a bit of salt to enhance the flavour, but the herbs and taste of the broth itself was well balanced. The meats in the BBH were also very generous, overall, still a nice bowl of noodle soup, if you insist it is not the real BBH.The Fried Spring Roll also was well made and I like the savory filling that was still moist and not dried out, also the rice paper they use was crisp and not greasy, nice addition to your meal. The shop is pretty old fashioned in their design, but with all the newer Pho shops being modern and hip, it is a nice change to see the Pho shops of the by-gone days!
